New house in our program from spring 2023. - MAX 1 SMALL DOG! Fantastically located small cozy vacation home. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Lovely grounds with many cozy corners. Here you can sit and enjoy the sound of the sea. The holiday home has a spacious living room with both a dining area and a sofa area by the wood-burning stove. From the living room, you step out into the most beautiful conservatory, which is used all year round. Here, it feels like being outside. Cozy kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with underfloor heating. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed 70x180. 1 bedroom with single bed. Really top-class location. Annex is private. Free final cleaning.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Ein tolles Haus

Das Haus war gerĂ€umig, hell und hatte eine schöne Raumaufteilung. Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche war auch super. Besteck und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Ebenso GlĂ€ser. Das Haus hat WLAN, das ist sehr praktisch, da der Empfang von mobilen Daten etwas schwierig war im Haus.Das Haus liegt super zentral, man ist schnell am Strand, schnell im Örtchen und auch mit dem Auto ist man ruck zuck im Nachbarort.

Erfahrungen mit unserem Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet! DANKE!Und die NĂ€he zum Meer ist perfekt. Leider empfanden wir das Schlafsofa in dem kleinen hinteren Raum als SEHR unbequem und das Stockbett ist wackelig, was beim Umdrehen nachts stört. Die beiden anderen Betten sind wirklich bequem. Toll wĂ€re es eine Saugglocke vor Ort zu haben, denn das SpĂŒlbecken war von unseren VorgĂ€ngern verstopft.Geliebt haben wir den Wintergarten, allerdings sind die StĂŒhle gefĂ€hrlich wackelig, einer ist sogar auseinandergefallen und wir waren froh, dass sich niemand verletzt hat. Aber wie gesagt grundsĂ€tzlich haben wir uns wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
