A luxurious, light and spacious 3 bedroom top floor apartment with off street parking for two cars situated in a fantastic location. Easily accessible for Clifton College, Bristol Old Vic Drama School, Bristol University, the BBC, Clifton Village, Bristol Zoo Gardens, Bristol City Centre, Harbourside, shops and cafes.
The space
This newly furnished 3 bedroom apartment has a modern fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, complete with all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided. Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
You can relax in the lounge which has a TV with freeview and free unlimited high speed WiFi. Bedroom one has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and single bed. Please note, this top floor apartment is up 2 flights of stairs (no lift or elevator). We provide high quality linen and towels for your stay. The 2 bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Other amenities include a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Please bring your own cot bedding if you are bringing an infant. There is an extra £60 cleaning fee for any stays 14 days or over for a mid stay clean or at the end of your stay.
