About this property

Superb townhouse near vibrant Gloucester Road

Our house has been designed with the focus on space, comfort & practicality. Each of our five bedrooms offer quality mattresses and bedding, ample storage, and desk spaces - ideal for anyone working from home!

On entering the property you will find the first bedroom with en suite and an open-plan kitchen diner, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is laid out over three floors, with three modern bathrooms and a WC. The rear doors open out onto a sunny garden, complete with furniture for enjoying breakfast and a coffee al fresco! Throughout the house you will see pieces from our extensive art collection, bringing vibrant colour to the space.

As environmentalists, energy efficiency was at the forefront of our planning in refurbishing this 1880s house. We have limited our usage of fossil fuels and are proud to own the only home in the area with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of a B! We plan to continue making improvements to ensure that our home is as sustainable as it is luxurious.

Short stay in Bristol

The property doesn't look that amazing from the outside, but the interior has been very nicely renovated. The kitchen has everything you might need, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The outside area needs some looking after, but the location is very convenient for the Gloucester road, restaurants, bars and a really good bus service into town.

Great house, great location.

This was a modern house with all the home comforts. There were 5 bedrooms over 3 floors and each floor had its own bath/shower room, making it perfect for our large family. Very pleasant kitchen/lounge area with a huge Sky Glass TV which was great for when we settled in at night to watch the football or a film. Great location just off Gloucester Road, with a large Co-Op nearby. Lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops locally and buses every couple of minutes into the city centre.

Very well equipped, comfortable stay

Very clean, newly done up with lots of decent equipment especially in the kitchen. We were working around the corner and were out all day so this place to make dinner and rest our heads was perfect for what we needed. Thank you. Tea towels in the kitchen would be useful!

Très bon point de chute à Bristol pour une réunion de famille!

La maison est très belle et rénovée avec goût! Il semble y avoir un petit problème avec la VMC cependant. C'est dommage pour un logement qui semble fraîchement rénové. Les chauffages des salles de bain ne se contrôlent pas via le boîtier mais via le robinet thermostatique. Ce n'est rien mais il faut le savoir! Très bon séjour
