Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom Victorian terrace in the heart of Bedminster. Set across two floors, this spacious and characterful home offers comfort and convenience for families, friends or business travellers, with free on-street parking and a private garden.

🏡SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT
Downstairs, you’ll find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with French doors leading out to the patio. There’s a wood burner available for your use, as well as underfloor heating if you need extra warmth. A dining area is also provided, perfect for enjoying group meals together. The stylish open space provides a roomy environment for groups to enjoy downtime together. We provide a TV, books and games for entertainment.

Sleeping up to six guests, this property is set over three floors and offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus two double bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom, and there is a separate family bathroom featuring both a bath and a walk-in shower.

We converted our house in 2021 from a derelict garage in to a luxuriant three-bedroom house! Downstairs you will find a light and spacious, open-plan living area with French doors opening up onto the patio. There is a wood burner for your use or feel free to use the underfloor heating should you need it. Set over 3 floors, you will have access to the master bedroom a with king-size bed and en-suite and two double bedrooms, with a family bathroom including a bath and walk-in shower.

The apartment is fully equipped for your stay and comes with a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi and other necessities for an ideal city getaway. The train station is just a 10 minute walk away!

Great property in a good location.

One of the best holiday lets we have had.The property is located in a quiet street but within walking distance of Bristol City centre and all the amenities.Being a newbuild, the insulation seemed very good and the place was warm, although we were not there during winter.In fact a little too warm until I got used to the heat settings.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The downstairs is nice. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but seemed well equipped. The house was clean and tidy for our arrival. The management company graciously extended our stay when our flight was significantly delayed which we really appreciated Location was central, but the actual street a tad creepy- very narrow dark and quiet. Furnishings were pretty bare bones but okTowels and linens were adequate. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade. We would have liked to have sorted the trash properly but instructions were inadequate. We did the best we could. Ensuite upstairs bath had a bad smell and lacked shelves or anyplace to put toiletries or hang a robe. Bedrooms lacked side tables with proper lighting for reading. Both are easy to do and would make the place more functional. All in, not luxury accommodations, and aesthetics lacking. While we were somewhat disappointed, its reasonable for a larger grouping looking for accommodation.
