One of the best holiday lets we have had.The property is located in a quiet street but within walking distance of Bristol City centre and all the amenities.Being a newbuild, the insulation seemed very good and the place was warm, although we were not there during winter.In fact a little too warm until I got used to the heat settings.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The downstairs is nice. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but seemed well equipped. The house was clean and tidy for our arrival. The management company graciously extended our stay when our flight was significantly delayed which we really appreciated Location was central, but the actual street a tad creepy- very narrow dark and quiet. Furnishings were pretty bare bones but okTowels and linens were adequate. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade. We would have liked to have sorted the trash properly but instructions were inadequate. We did the best we could. Ensuite upstairs bath had a bad smell and lacked shelves or anyplace to put toiletries or hang a robe. Bedrooms lacked side tables with proper lighting for reading. Both are easy to do and would make the place more functional. All in, not luxury accommodations, and aesthetics lacking. While we were somewhat disappointed, its reasonable for a larger grouping looking for accommodation.
