We had a wonderful stay at The Barn. The cottage is situated in a beautiful rural area but still close to Bristol. The views are amazing and we even spotted some deers. The cottage is very well equipped and clean. Gary and Fiona are lovely hosts. Our girls absolutely loved their dog Ozzy. We had a great week!
Beautiful accommodations in a scenic quiet setting. Close to towns with everything you need including pubs/restaurants. Great home base for exploring to many things to do and see in the area. Would definitely recommend.

This was a gorgeous cottage that was modern, spacious and clean. The hosts made time to say hello and check that all was well. I enjoyed the walks and the view from the cottage was lovely. We enjoyed pub lunches recommended by the hosts in Chew Magna and around the stone cirles. It was really nice, too, for a day in Bristol.

We really enjoyed our stay here in this comfortable, well equipped clean cottage. We slept well in the comfortable beds. Mr and Mrs Sweet ,the owners, were welcoming and informative about the local areas. We appreciated the welcoming basket of goodies too. There was some plane noise as Bristol airport is only a few miles away. But not enough to disturb us.

The Barn is in an idyllic setting with magnificent country views. It is excellently appointed and well maintained. Our hosts, Fiona and Gary Sweet, could not have been more helpful and informative. It was lovely being able to sit on the south facing terrace and observe the wildlife and birdsong all around. The meadows were burgeoning with echiums, fennel and a variety of other wild flowers. A real Escape to the Country!
