Look no further, one of a KIND APT with probably the nicest view in Malta, located on the 6th floor this unit has not only amazing surrounding privacy but 3 super comfortable bedrooms which can easily accommodate 6 guests with complete luxury.

When entering the apartment our guests are welcomed by a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen, which makes it perfect for both long and short rentals.

The private Balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Did we mentioned SUPER WIFI ?

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!

Living area| Massive sofa, TV, dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Massive balcony overlooking beautiful amazing views with outdoor furniture.

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other bedroom consists of 2 single beds in each room.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and a bath towel per guest booked. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other ensuite.

Please note: Although I do accept booking of 6 people, over and above 6 people which best suites the apartment, folding beds will be provided and settled up in rooms with linens and all necessary requirements.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

This apartment location, is second to none, SEAFRONT in central QAWRA one of the best places for any guest or tourist to come.

Upon going out from the apartment, our guest is welcomed by amazing restaurants, souvenir shops, an extensive amount of coffee shops and even convenience stores.

The beach is just opposite the road making it very convenient especially if you like the beautiful Maltese sea.

Also within walking distance is CAFE DEL MAR, a beautiful location, amazing evening locations to go to, to enjoy some drinks and food.

The bus stop is just opposite the building making it very easy and cheap to travel.

Qawra is central too many parts of the island, so everything can be linked with the opposite bus stop.

Want to rent a car ? No problem, free parking around the area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
