The apartment had all the facilities needed to make a self-catering holiday easy. We used it as a base to explore the Island. Bus travel is cheap, and the bus station is nearby.We found a great local pub with friendly people. We stayed there for a month and intend to go back.
After a shaky start due to some lack of information, everything worked out very well. Flat was comfortable and ideally located in Qawra for restaurants, shops and seafront. Ample street parking was available.
Milena the host sent us photographs to help us identify the building and the place where we would find the keys. Flat is on first floor with a balcony, clean and comfortable. It's a short walk from the bus station and the aquarium. Any number of small food shops nearby. We found it to be a great base from which to explore. If we had a query we contacted Milena via vrbo and received swift responses. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Location was generally quiet but busy with traffic during school times. It would be difficult to park a car from late afternoon. Supermarket was nearby, close to beach, restaurants and bus station.The apartment was not as good as photos on the website. Different beds and Sofa, no table on the balcony and no hot tub which was stated in the description.The apartment is clearly not checked in between lettings as the hairdryer was broken, there were no adaptors for the European bedside lights, the mugs were cracked and chipped, there was no underneath net in some windows. There was only enough crockery and glasses for 3 people. TV didn’t work and there were no remote controllers for the A/C and the switch to one unit was 8ft off the ground.After contacting the host the hairdryer and light adaptors were replaced the next day. The host said she would repair the TV but she never did.The apartment would be really good if there was routine maintenance carried out and some additional items added such as towel rails and hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms.

The place was in a rundown section of Bugibba
The unit was in need of quite a bit of repairs and maintenance.
Both keys to the front entrance were extremely hard to unlock the door
The bathroom door had No bottom guide and was flapping
The wardrobe in the bedroom was coming apart at the back
The shower head was not fitted properly and fell off on a few occasions
The balcony door was extremely heavy and not on its runner
The fly wire door had no guide or runner
Quite a few tiles were cracked and loose
Mould was growing above the shower as there was no ventilation
Experience host with over 3000 reservations from other platforms ready to go above and beyond for my guests to feel like at home away from home don't hesitate to ask me any questions i will do my best to answer in shortest possible time
