Hello Svenja Thank you very much for your kind words – we’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and appreciated our warm hospitality. Guest satisfaction is always our top priority, and it means a lot to us when guests feel at home. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the coffee machine and scissors – in fact, getting a coffee machine was already on our list, and we will make sure to include a pair of scissors moving forward. Some of your other queries could have been addressed during your stay. We did check in to see if you needed anything and were told everything was good, so we assumed all was in order. As you know prior and during your stay we always answered your questions immediately The clothes rack was available in the front balcony cabinet, and had we known you couldn’t locate it, we would have gladly pointed you to it. Regarding the bedding, we prepared what we feel is suitable for the current Maltese weather and also left extra blankets, but we would have happily provided duvets if requested. As for the comments about the apartment not being suitable for allergy sufferers and being noisy – we were genuinely surprised and did reach out privately to understand more, but unfortunately didn’t receive a reply. We would have really appreciated your feedback to help us look into this further. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, and the common areas are maintained weekly, so we’re unsure what may have triggered such a concern. Regarding the noise, there may have been temporary works in a neighboring apartment, which is unfortunately beyond our control, but we're very sorry if that disturbed your stay.
