A spacious and unique 140 year old house with stunning views of Eryri/Snowdonia and within easy reach of Caernarfon, Llanberis, Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. Tastefully furnished with high quality traditional furniture with a twist! The house boasts the latest state-of-the art technology with up to the minute laundry and kitchen appliances, a Phillips Hue lighting system throughout and a Sonos sound system in most rooms. A relaxing "Breath of Fresh Air". Set in the picturesque Welsh village of Waunfawr on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park within easy reach of Mount Snowdon, Caernarfon and the Llyn Peninsula. Easy access to stunning scenery and beaches. The village has a local convenience store and a highly recommended micro brewery and pub within 5 minutes walk. There are 3 off road parking bays, one with an electric car charging point. The Welsh Highland steam railway runs through he village and connects Caernarvon with Portmadog. There is a local bus service to Beddgelet and Caernarfon.

F-a-b-u-l-o-u-s!

Bryn Derwen (Waunfawr) was our perfect spot for a family getaway in spectacular North Wales. Finished to a high standard, stylish, with attention to detail and state-of-the-art technology; equipped with absolutely everything (and more:-)) that one might need and also, immaculately clean. Such a special place to come back to after our days out. Great location for exploring the area with plenty of various experiences on offer. Excellent communication with the owners prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. They are fantastic hosts, friendly, approachable, with hospitality in their blood! They helped us to get familiar with the house and left plenty of goodies for us to enjoy – much appreciated! We can highly recommend this place. THANK YOU, Paul and Gordon, it has been a real treat!
