This self-catering villa to a high specification. It is situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura overlooking the Pinhal golf course. There are two suites upstairs and a two suite on the ground floor. There is a large living room and dining area with access to the pool area, and a large full HD LCD screen with cable TV. The fully equipped large kitchen includes a Delta coffee machine and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The pool can be heated with an extra cost of EUR 360 per week.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 Euros



On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:

Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.



The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.

There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros

Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
