With its original wood floors, high ceilings, and tall windows, the space is full of natural light and timeless character. The flat is simple but comfortable, with wooden furnishings and a lived-in charm that reflects the age of the building. It’s a walk-up (no lift), and while it may show signs of wear, it’s a warm and inviting base in the heart of Belgravia. Step out onto the small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or some fresh air above the quiet residential street

This was our first trip to London and the location was perfect. The metro and Buckingham Palace are a short walk away. The apartment is spacious and was comfortable for our family of 4. The management company was fabulous to deal with and responded quickly when we had an issue with no hot water.

The place has great potential but sooooo many little things that we had to ask management about. Filthy mismatched furniture, no coffee pot, no basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil). Dirty mattress. Doors don’t close in 2nd bedroom, lights don’t work properly, no face towels or extra towels (4 were there). A/c was a portable unit in the bedroom, but the windows had to stay open for the vent.
Positive - large master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Nice area

I’m happy to inform you that we’ve addressed all the maintenance issues you mentioned, and we’ve also refreshed our amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.
I would like to let you know that we also have other apartments in higher categories, and I’m confident that you would be very happy with one of those if you decide to give us the opportunity to host you again!
The apartment is quite large, with lots of light and some quirky design features - multiple choice lighting, unusual layout etc. It was perfectly located, less than a 10 minutes walk to both Victoria and Sloane Sq tubes. It would have benefited from a little more minor conveniences - salt/pepper/oil/sauces/tea/sugar etc. There was a lack of cups/glasses but the owner responded very quickly and dropped off some brand new Habitat crockery and glasses. Similarly, when we couldn’t lock the balcony door they were there within the day to have a new lock fitted - very responsive. The tv needs to be fixed so you can actually watch uk terrestrial tv and the internet was painfully slow - couldn’t stream a Netflix movie without repeated buffering.

Dirty, backed up toilet, carpet smells and needs replacing, no tea or coffee or basics,
Very excited about our stay in London and spent extra for a so called better place and was billed as 4stars but was a 1 to 2 star place at best, tv didn’t work on arrival, place was so dirty that
it looked like someone who didn’t
care. En-suite toilet was blocked and bad smell permeated the whole unit.To say it kind of ruined our time in London is an under statement, carpets need replacing with trip hazards due to what looked like flooding, showers didn’t drain and no doubt the reason for the carpets needing replacing, the kitchen was dirty with disgusting sponges left that you couldn’t clean a gutter with.
Will be asking Stayz for our money back.
