Location is everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. We visited at the end of December and could not have asked for a better location - right in the heart of everything, close to several great transportation options and tube lines, and in the middle of a great shopping area. The host was responsive. The trip was easy.

Bond Street Station

As frequent vrbo customers, our experiences generally meet or exceed expectations. Not so here. Our positive rating reflects the convenient location, but the apartment itself was disappointing. This is a converted attic, not a penthouse. The description promises a lift, but it doesn't make clear that after you open the apartment door you are confronted with a steep staircase up to the apartment--not easy for seniors with luggage. The flat itself is bare bones, utilitarian. 1 wineglass, no corkscrew. No hand towels or facecloths. American Queen, not King bed as advertised. If you are looking for an inexpensive option close to the Underground for a family, this could work. But for a couple looking for an upscale experience, this disappoints.
