El apartamento está situado en el bajo con entrada independiente. Cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio con jacuzzi y acceso al patio
Un espacio abierto salón - comedor - cocina con sofá cama para 2 personas con un aire acondicionado tipo split y un amplio baño.
El apartamento está situado en un barrio tranquilo, con supermercados Día o Dialprix a 3 minutos andando. Cerca de bares y restaurantes.
La estación de tren a 5 minutos andando y plaza de Luceros a minutos andando
No necesitas vehículo para recorrer la ciudad de Alicante, todo el centro puede verse andando pero la ciudad cuenta con un gran sistema de transporte público como Autobuses, Tren y TRAM que os permitirán disfrutar de la ciudad y sus alrededores.
Por motivos de salud, se recomienda no tomar baños más largos de 25 minutos en el jacuzzi.
La televisión es una smatTV, puedes ver todos los canales online o descargando la App en el televisor.
