Se ajusta a lo esperado y a lo que se ofrece

He pasado con mi familia unos días estupendos. La propiedad es tal cual se anuncia, dispone de todo lo necesario sin echar nada en falta. Todo en buen estado y limpio y el anfitrión facilita mucho la estancia. La Urbanización muy cuidada, sin ruidos. A mi parecer el lapso de tiempo en que no se puede utilizar la piscina de 15:30 a 17:30 es demasiado. A 12 minutos andando a la playa y al Centro Comercial y Supermercado.

La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento de Raimundo y su esposa tal cual se ven las fotografías lo tiene muy muy bien cuidado no le falta detalle y quien conoce la zona pues se sabe lo que hay por allí así que relación calidad precio fenomenal esperamos repetir. Pilar

Muy recomendable.

El apartamento está muy bien situado en Costa Ballena. Junto a una zona verde, cerca de la playa (andando o en bici) y de equipamientos (como el supermercado, farmacia o la galería comercial). Es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Sus dueños fueron muy amables, explicándonos todo a nuestra llegada y dejándonos varios detalles de bienvenida, que agradecemos mucho. Además, fueron muy generosos al dejarnos usar diferentes equipamientos de la casa (como la barbacoa o utensilios de playa). La cocina está bien equipada aunque tal vez sería necesario renovar algún utensilio. Las camas son muy cómodas y los baños están en perfecto estado. Aunque no dispone de aire acondicionado, en los días que estuvimos el clima fue agradable y no lo echamos en falta. Agradecemos a los propietarios la atención que nos dispensaron. Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar para repetir.
