The bedrooms include two king-size with en-suite showers, a twin room and a bunk room, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a patio area with seating, an enclosed paved garden and allocated parking for one car. This property will accept two dogs however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and pub. Sandy House is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year. Please note: Electric fireplace located in the ground floor sitting room is for display only and is not in use. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 300GBP.
