Gigi's apartment in Loano is a great place.

Gigi's apartment in Loano is a great place to have a vacation on the Ligurian coast. Situated beside the State-road creates the possibility to travel to oder coastal villages as well at the mountains near by. The beach is just few steps away as well as the newly built marina of Loano. The apartment is well equipped with all the appliances that one needs to easy the short or long stay. Even a parking lot is included in the apartment.

Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Bett und ausreichend Stauraum in den Schränken. Das Badezimmer ist praktisch ausgestattet, und die Waschmaschine ist ein echtes Plus. Auch die Wannendusche war größer als erwartet und sehr angenehm.In der Küche und im Wohnbereich war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Durch den Geschirrspüler gab es genügend Teller, nur beim Besteck hätte es etwas mehr sein dürfen – hier mussten wir gelegentlich ein Messer von Hand spülen.Ein Highlight ist der großzügige Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Dank der Klimaanlage konnten wir nachts auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr gut schlafen.Die Bahnlinie vor dem Haus ist zwar zu hören, empfanden wir aber nicht als sehr störend. Deutlicher wahrnehmbar waren die häufigen Rettungswagenfahrten.Die Lage ist hervorragend: alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und das Auto konnte sicher auf dem zur Wohnung gehörigen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus stehen.Einziger Punkt mit Verbesserungspotenzial wäre die Sauberkeit bei der Anreise – hier könnte gründlicher gereinigt werden, um den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck perfekt zu machen.

Loano; bezauberndes Ligurien

Die Wohnung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Alles so vorgefunden, wie erwartet. Loano und Pietra Ligure sind sehr schöne Orte, die Wohnung befindet sich genau dazwischen und 5 Minuten zum öffentlichen Strand. Adriana , die sehr nette Dame im Haus, die die Schlüsselübergabe macht, ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nella voce pulizia sono comprese voci che non sono specificabili sul sito, ad esempio il lavaggio di tutta la biancheria da bagno e da letto…. ed altro… l’appartamento era stato pulito e disinfettato ed è stata mandata la persona delle pulizie a fare quanto richiesto..

Tolle Dachwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad mit Wanne, gutes Bett mit guter Matratze, alle Wäsche hat zur Verfügung gestanden. Grosse Dachterrasse mit Esstisch und zwei Liegestühlen. Haus direkt an der Strasse gelegen (täglich mehrmals Sirene von Krankenwagen), Wohnung jedoch gegen hinten. Nachts ruhig. Aufgrund von Klimaanlage konnten die Fenster geschlossen werden.

schöne, kleine, praktische Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, alles hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Reinigung kostet 200 Euro (+50 für den Hund), für diesen Betrag erwarte ich dann aber auch Sauberkeit bis ins Detail.

Gemütliches Apartment für 2

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in Strandnähe. Schöne Terrasse zum Relaxen. Supermarkt und sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant (Ocean Bay Club) sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Dank gut funktionierender Klimaanlage und guter Betten war selbst bei hohen Temperaturen erholsamer Schlaf möglich.

Excellent climatized appartment

The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nice people were living in the other flats of the house. Great balcony/terrace for late night when it cooled a bit. With hot temperatures outside is was pleasant to have airconditioning for the appartment. The kitchen was complete, bath with washing machine, good large bed in the bedroom. The landlady is super-nice, responsive and very easy to communicate with.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich super, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand und auch Loano und Pietra Ligure sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Mit Kindern ist diese Unterkunft gut geeignet und Gigi hat uns sogar ihren Kinderstuhl geliehen,vielen Dank nochmal!! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice Appartment

The appartment is nice and modern and equiped with everything you need for a good holiday. Very nice terrace with a good view. 3 minutes to walk to the beach, a little free beach also in 3 minutes walking distance. The appartment is good located in the middle of the centres of Pietra Ligure and Loano, both centres are in walking distance. We had a very nice holiday.

Schöne Wohnung zum Erholen.

Gut Ausgestattete Wohnung zum wohlfühlen mit allem was man braucht im Urlaub und sehr schönem großen Balkon. Sehr gut auch der eigene Parkplatz am Haus da keine öffentliche Parplätze im August. Strand nicht weit weg, Hafen und Innenstädte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und sehr nette Vermieterin. Gerne Wieder. Einziges Manko: die Putzfrau hatte wohl einen sehr schlechten Tag und hoffe das sie sich eine Brille besorgt hat.

Relax fronte mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso appartamento dal 03 al 13 settembre 2020. Accogliente, arredato con cura, offre tutto ciò che si possa desiderare. La pulizia è impeccabile. Il terrazzo è la ciliegina sulla torta. La gentilezza e professionalità della padrona di casa completano il cerchio. Torneremo sicuramente in questo angolo di paradiso.

Dachgeschosswohnung in Loano

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. An der Terrassentür fehlt allerdings ein Sicht - u. Sonnenschutz.

Alloggio moderno e molto confortevole vicino alla spiaggia libera attrezzata. Il centro di Loano è un pochino più distante ma comodamente raggiungibile con una passeggiata. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo
