Completely renovated and very nicely furnished and interior decorated.Large double terrace to live also outside.Ideally located at 50 metres from the beautiful beaches, and very near from shops and the center of the small town.Very peaceful and ideal for families with kids. We spent a wonderful week in Jessicas Appartment in beautiful medieval village of Noli. The appartment is perfectly located in the historic city center, just a few steps from great restaurants, small shops, bars and the beach front. The appartment itself is convincing especially with it's larg terrace, where it's wonderful to sit, eat, or just relax. The beach is long and has different areas from free access and charged areas. We would definitely come again. Also the communication with our host was very uncomplicated and she was available at any time!

Gemütliche Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Wir haben die Tage zu viert in Noli sehr genießen können, da die Wohnung sehr angenehm und ihre Lage unschlagbar ist. Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt und drei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen netten Balkon, den man als Wohn- und Esszimmer nutzten kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr engagiert und nett.

Nette Wohnung in historischem Ambiente. Super nette Vermieterin.

Die Wohnung ist authentisch und mitten im Kern von Noli gelegen. Zum Strand bzw. zur Strandpromenade muss man nur kurz über den Parkplatz und die Straße. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Terrasse lädt zum Chillen ein.

Super Lage - Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Noli, trotzdem ist es äußerst ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Highlight aber ist die Terrasse!!! Nur 1 min. zum freien Strand. Das Meer ist hier extrem sauber. Und man kann sich täglich frischen Fisch direkt vom Fischer holen. Jessica hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

A nice appartment in a great location

The appartment was nicely decorated and clean. It's located nearby the beach and in the center of the beautiful historic town. Perfect for a family holiday! We'll definitely go there again.

A gem of an appartment in...

A gem of an appartment in the heart of simply beautiful Noli. Less than a min from the beach and shops. The location could not be better. If anything I would say the property does not sell itself enough on this website. This is the place to come if you're looking for the authentic Liguria experience. Buying fresh fish from the beach every day and watching the fisherman take out their boats in the evening was simply a delight. The appartment has a large double terrace which was great for balmy evening dinners. Can't wait to go back!

"Appartement assez mignon...

"Appartement assez mignon, très petit, mais avec terrasse qui peut être agréable. Malheureusement la fumée de la cheminée du restaurant d''en bas a été insuportable et donc la terrasse n''a que très rarement pu être utilisée. Toutes les fenêtres ont dû, à plusieurs reprises, rester fermées, ce qui a rendu l''appartement invivable (chaleur). Car contrairement à l''affirmation du 7.10.2008 de la propriétaire,le problème de la chemninée polluante n''est absolument pas résolu, la bataille légale contre ce restaurant n''est pas terminée. Nous avons quitté l''appartement après 4 jours (au lieu de 9 jours, et après avoir bien voulu témoigner auprès des gendarmes demandés par la propriétaire pour venir constater l''importance de la fumée sur la terrasse.) Je ne peux en aucun cas conseiller cet appartement, et surtout pas à ce prix de location."

"Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni bellissimi, complice l''alloggio caratteristico e funzionale, e Noli tutta da vivere.L''alloggio rispecchia tutte le caratteristiche descritte dalla proprietaria, gentile e disponibile. Lontano da ogni disturbo, riservato ed accogliente. Abbiamo goduto del terrazzo dalla colazione fino a cena. Parcheggiata la macchina all''arrivo, non l''abbiamo usata per tutto il periodo. Sicuramente ritorneremo appena possibile."

Fuliggine di vicina pizzeria con camino non a norma sporcava terrazzo ,guai lasciar fuori cose.cucina sguarnita e scomoda.bagno scomodo,doccia solo x atleti illuminazione casa tetra. Di buono la posizione e tranquillita'.contrattate il prezzo

Utilizzato appartamento durante i week-end e i ponti primaverili(dal 31/03/12 al 03/06/12). Comodo, fresco ed in pieno centro storico, l'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno funzionale e di relax; immerso in un contesto fantastico, le mini-vacanze passate in questo luogo ci ha fatto riemergere sensazioni e sapori di una volta, ormai dimenticati. Da rifare.

"Appartement charmant dans le centre historique de Noli à deux pas de la mer. Il est très bien entretenu dans un petit immeuble ancien refait à neuf. Propriétaires très sympas et arrangeants. Nous avons passé de très agéables vacances et bien profité de la magnifique terrasse. Une amélioration serait peut-être à faire en matière d'équipement ménager (plus d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle comme de vrais verres à vin par exemple). On ne peut que recommander cette location. "

"Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella splendida cornice del centro storico di Noli, in un appartamento gradevole e funzionale. A 50 metri dalle spiagge in mezzo alle viuzze pedonalizzate del centro era bellissimo anche per i nostri figli (3, 2 e 0 anni). --------------- Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt in Mitten der herrlichen Altstadt von Noli. Die Wohnung ist praktisch nd hat ein angenehmes Flair. Die Distanz zum Strand ist nicht mehr als 50 Meter. Die Strassen um die Wohnung herum sind Fussgaengerzone, was auch sehr schoen fuer unsrere drei Kinder war (3, 2 und 0 Jahre)."

L'alloggio è caratteristi...

L'alloggio è caratteristico, ha due belle terrazze, è a due passi dal mare e in pieno centro storico di Noli, paese veramente godibile, soprattutto per chi ha bambini. Ci sono alcuni inconvenienti; a carico nostro 50 euro per la pulizia finale di cui non eravamo stati informati e che a inizio soggiorno non abbiamo trovato (la casa non era stata pulita); non c'erano lenzuola nè asciugamani come segnalato sul sito; le suppellettili per la cucina sono molto scarse e il camino di una pizzeria vicina butta fumo e fuliggine sui terrazzi e dentro casa tutte le sere e talvolta anche a pranzo. Peccato, con pochi accorgimenti sarebbe una casa stupenda! Forse, solo un po' più di correttezza...

"Bell'alloggio, stupenda terrazza, senza vista ma riservata e pienamente godibile. Eccezionale posizione a pochi passi dal mare (ottimo con i bambini). Discrepanza con quanto segnalato sul sito (lenzuola) ma i proprietari (molto gentili) si sono prodigati per risolvere la questione. Il camino della vicina pizzeria sbuffa fuliggine che purtroppo da effettivamente fastidio. Senza questo inconveniente torneremmo sicuramente."
