Dear Guest, I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. I care deeply about the comfort of my guests and always respond promptly to any issues. In fact, during your stay, an unexpected pipe break occurred, which caused moisture to appear on one of the walls. As soon as you reported the problem, we called a mason who arrived within two hours to repair the damage. Unfortunately, these situations can happen, but we always strive to resolve them as quickly as possible. Your feedback was very helpful and allowed us to act promptly. We would also like to clarify that, as stated in the listing, the villa features three bedrooms with double beds, as well as a sofa bed in one of the two living rooms. The single bed you referred to is actually a fold-out armchair, usually kept closed and available only if needed. Regarding the kitchen table, it is an antique piece, chosen to enhance the character of the house. However, we understand that tastes may vary, and guests also have access to a glass table in the living room and a large outdoor table for 10 people, offering various options.
