Mahoe Bay is a beach located on the island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). It is situated on the western coast of the island and is known for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and lush vegetation. The bay is popular for swimming, snorkeling, and other water sports. It is also a good place for sunbathing and relaxing on the beach. The bay is surrounded by several villas and vacation rentals, making it a popular destination for tourists seeking a tropical getaway. In addition to its natural beauty, Mahoe Bay is also known for its calm waters, making it a good spot for beginner swimmers and snorkelers.

The living room features comfortable seating for eight adults, as well as a game table and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. All the furniture and fixtures in the living room were custom-designed for Bellamare.
The dining room features a custom-made table that comfortably seats eight people providing an alternative to alfresco dining on the veranda. The arched stained glass window was made for Bellamare by a local artist.

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner or a quick and easy lunch. This includes high-end stainless, abundant glassware from champagne to juice, Wedgewood place settings, and quality cookware. The kitchen has counters of architectural glass with solid cedar cabinets and modern appliances including a Thermador gas cooktop.
The master bedroom is the largest in the villa and has a breathtaking view of Mahoe Bay and George Island. The ensuite bathroom with custom-made tiles is to the right with a large closet and entryway behind the viewer.

The mainhouse and the guesthouse are connected by a covered walkway that adjoins the pool and looks out towards the sundeck. The entrance to the first-floor bedroom in the guest house is on the pool level with the second level bedroom up the stairs on the right. The first level bedroom has a King bed, with an ensuite bath, outdoor shower, private veranda facing Mahoe Bay, and a secluded patio off the back of the bedroom.

The second-floor guest bedroom in the main house has two extra-long twin beds that can easily be combined into a king-size bed. The beds were custom-designed to fit together seamlessly with luxury toppers to ensure guest comfort. This bedroom is sometimes used for small children as it is on the same floor as the master suite.
The second-floor bedroom in the guesthouse has a Queen bed and ensuite bath with an outside shower, The attached, covered veranda provides beautiful views of sunsets over Mahoe Bay and Seal Island.

At the end of the day, you can follow the path from the beach to the entryway to Bellamare villa, through the gardens to an area designed specifically to help you transition to the villa and pool area. The walkway will lead you to a covered area with an outdoor shower, a place to leave your chairs and bags, and a large chest filled with various beach toys for children.

For vehicle rentals, we recommend Mahogany Car Rentals, you can find them online with a quick search or we can share details after you reserve the villa. All of the local rental companies have similar vehicles and rates but we think Mahogany provides the best service. They will bring your vehicle to the ferry dock/airport for your arrival. After a few minutes of paperwork with their attendant, we will escort you to the Villa and get you checked in.

Taxis are available but can add up, we are happy to share our favorite Taxi Driver's details after booking.

Virgin Gorda is the perfect place to "island hop" from, we can also help you arrange a boat charter to some of our sister islands. Day trip to places like Anegada, Jost Van Dyke, Cooper Island, Norman Island, Scrub Island, and more....

PRICING STRUCTURE
Our villas have a base rate for smaller occupancy, with additional charges for each extra person or room up to capacity. This tiered pricing is common across the island and accommodates various group sizes. Given the limited number of hotels, this ensures couples and smaller groups can enjoy our villas affordably, making our villas flexible for all budgets and needs.
