Thank you, Joy, for your feedback. Our guests’ comments are essential to us so that we can continue identifying areas for improvement. The apartment is located in one of the most typical streets in the town, just 30 meters from the beach. Properties in this area do not meet the most recent standards, and ours is no exception. As you may have seen in the listing and the house guide, there are stairs to access it. Therefore, regarding luggage, unfortunately we cannot change the structure of the building. Mattresses are a fundamental aspect for anyone renting an apartment. That is why we replace them regularly, and they were actually just replaced in March. You are the third guests to sleep on them. We selected these mattresses after extensive research. Indeed, habits vary quite a lot depending on our guests’ nationalities, and our mattresses are made with several layers of materials (memory foam, ventilated foam, etc.), which, based on the feedback we receive, meet the needs of the vast majority of our guests. We have never received any particular complaints about our mattresses, quite the opposite. For this reason, and because you told us “thank you very much for this wonderful stay,” we find your rating a bit harsh.
