Our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment has a light and spacious Living / Dining Room with high ceilings, a large Kitchen and, unusual for the centre of Cannes, we have a large 65sqm) private furnished garden Terrace. The atmosphere is very calm and when you are relaxing on our terrace it makes you feel as though you are away from the noise of the busy streets of Cannes - yet the apartment is only steps away from restaurants, coffee shops etc. It is idyllic being located on a small pretty, quiet, pedestrian street in the Centre of Cannes.

Furnished to a high standard, our apartment has high-speed wifi, Sky/ Smart TV / air conditioning and heating (Living areas and bedrooms).

The Kitchen is fully-equipped for all your needs with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

Both Bedrooms have double glazed windows and blackout blinds to give you the best nights' sleep in our good quality comfortable beds.

Our apartment has large French doors, leading out onto our beautiful large private terrace (65sqm), which can seat up to 6 people at our beautiful stone dining table under the pergola. Relax on our sun loungers, dine under the pergola or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere on the outdoor sofas surrounded by Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellises and bamboo plants.

The location is in the heart of Cannes on a small pedestrian street in the chic restaurant and shopping area of central Cannes. Located 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, our apartment is ideal for those visiting Cannes to attend conferences including Cannes Film Festival, MIPTV, MIPIM, LIONS, MIPCOM, Tax Free, Mapic, MIDEM, Boat show, etc. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops (from supermarket to famous designers) close by, so there is no need to have a car while staying at our apartment as we are in the centre of the town. We are also less than 2 minutes' walk from the train station and bus station (including the coach to Nice Airport).

Perfection in one of the best locations in Cannes

We have stayed in many holidays rentals across Europe and the UK, but Shelley and David's apartment was by far the most well equipped, comfortable and luxurious. From the superb, spacious terrace to the crisp white bed linen and well appointed bathrooms - we wanted for nothing. Shelley was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the apartment is a complete delight! A quiet, tranquil haven in the heart of bustling Cannes. We hope to return.

The location of the appartment is just perfect

The appartment if very well located, walking distance from the train station, the beaches, the shopping Street, the port....you can walk almost everywhere in Cannes from there. It is a little dark inside and there is no elevator and the two floors have long stairs. It is very clean and has spacious closets and amenities like a food shopping cart. From there you can go by train to all the small towns around the French Riviera, having the train station around the corner. It is just perfect for that kind of tourism. It has several cafes and nice restaurants very near. We really enjoyed our holidays there.

Location, location, location

Wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, and serene. The location of the property was amazing. It was right in the heart of Cannes and easy to walk to everything. It was also amazingly quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Simply wonderful

We enjoyed our stay in this marvelous apartment very much. The terasse is is a wonderful oasis in the quirrly Center of Cannes. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Whatever you could need during your stay was there. And Assya, the housekeeper, was very friendly and extremly helpful. Highly recommeded!

Very nice bohemian apartment in the historic building with modern comfort: perfect WiFi, strong AC and super comfortable beds. And it was the real pleasure to have breakfasts in the big sunny terrace

Wonderful Vacation in Cannes

The apartment is right in the middle of everything going on in Cannes. We were a couple staying for two weeks with another couple staying about a week. We felt like there was lots of room because of the outside deck/patio being so nice and enjoyable. We spent a lot of time talking about the days events and enjoying our meals out there. The kitchen was well equipped and I cooked most every night after buying food from the Marche Forville which is easily walked. The beach was a short distance as was almost everything to be seen and enjoyed in the city. The Monoprix is literally right around the corner as well as many good restaurants. There are stairs to climb to get to the apartment, but, there was never a time when we were not up to the task and one of our friends was 74 years of age. It was also very nice having a modern dishwasher and clothes washing machine at our disposal. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone who wants to explore Cannes and the surrounding beautiful countryside.

Grosse Dachterasse ( im Januar und Februar leider ohne Sonne ) Tolle Betreuung und Hilfe durch die Raumpflegerin Assya! Wir verbrachten 7 Wochen im Januar und Februar bei aussergewöhnlich schönem Wetter in Cannes. Best VRBO location I have ever stayed at!!

One word: Amazing! This was my first trip to Cannes for the Cannes Film Festival and this apartment helped to make it one of the most memorable experiences of my life! The apartment was beautiful, spacious and coffee on the patio in the morning was a wonderful start to fun filled days. All amenities were in great working order, the apartment felt like home, and the location cannot be beat! After booking the location, Shelley (owner) was extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered prior to my stay, and Shelley’s husband even sent over a restaurant and “things to do” list that was priceless. Shelley also introduced me to Patrick, who owns a restaurant below the apartment called L’epicurieux, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each day. Assya, the lovely lady that oversees the property was also extremely helpful during our stay. I will be traveling every year from now on to the festival and will be planning on staying at Shelley’s location which is an extremely short walk to the Palais!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

A wonderful apartment in the centre of Cannes

My husband and I stayed for two fantastic weeks in the two-bedroomed apartment. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Cannes and the apartment is thoughtfully furnished. The air-conditioned rooms are a lovely escape from the heat and bustle of the town but it is the large terrace which makes the apartment so special - a private space and much used during our stay.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is very quiet, with a good situation near the beach, near the principal street of Cannes, you don't need a car if you stay in Cannes. The terrace is very agreable. That really was a nice week, thank you!

Beautiful and elegant home-from-home in Cannes...

I arranged to stay in this apartment as part of a birthday present for my boyfriend and it could not have been more perfect. We were both a little overwhelmed when we first arrived after staying in a box-like room in Nice for the first two nights of our holiday! I was primarily amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment. The decor throughout is neutral but thoughtful and the terrace is large, laced with intricate designs and light colours which creates an air of elegance. I cooked a meal on the second night of our stay and the kitchen proved itself to be more than adequate for the purposes of this, fully equipped from microwave to wooden spoon : ) The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the ensuite bathroom is beautiful with a spacious bath and powerful shower! The windows in the bedroom are huge and it was so lovely to open the blinds in the morning to a flood of sunlight and the little old lady opposite watering her flowers in the window box. We had many a wander along the rue d'Antibes and discovered a Monoprix (where I recommend going to have a look at the fruit and vegetable section) and spent a day on the beach feeling very important as our drinks were brought to us while we lay basking in the sun! There is no shortage of pleasant restaurants and places to go or see in Cannes, but the evening that we spent on the terrace of the apartment with a bottle of wine, a home-made Ratatouille, and some playing cards, was the best evening of our holiday! I strongly recommend staying in this accommodation as the location and the apartment are all, and more, than you could ask for when staying abroad! We had an amazing holiday and now have a scrap book full of stories, pictures, souvenirs and poems so thank you to the owners for facilitating this : )

Fabulous 2 bed apartment in perfect location

We spent 2 lovely weeks in this beautiful apartment in July, and our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer! Of the many apartments we have rented throughout France, we can say, without reservation, that this one is our absolute favourite. It’s worth the trip for the terrace alone as it is so fantastic to be able to relax in the sunshine or have a meal outside during a balmy evening. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and equipped to a very high standard, with everything anyone could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It’s just like a home away from home. One of the best beaches in Cannes is just a couple of minutes’ walk away and the Old Town, Port and all the action of La Croisette is also so close by. It is lovely that both the apartments are almost next door to each other as our friends stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment at the same time as us while we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. We had our own privacy having our own apartment but we were able to get together for meals or drinks on the terraces which was perfect. The location was fantastic being on such a pretty pedestrian street where there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, markets and grocery stores almost on the doorstep. We were lucky enough to hire a car during our holiday, be able to take advantage of local sites and park it in central Cannes about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Shelley couldn’t have been more helpful with her contacts and advice and so accommodating to ensure that we had a carefree holiday. All in all a great experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Best apartment in Cannes

Me and my fiance stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment for a month throughout December 2012. We were absolutely delighted with the apartment, ideal location, impeccably clean and comfortable, beautifully furnished and excellently equipped with a gorgeous balcony area. The apartment is a stones throw from shopping, beaches and restaurants. It had all the comforts of home with the added luxury that one comes to expect from a trip to Cannes. The owner, Shelley and the lady that looked after the apartments, Katherine were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We will not even consider staying anywhere else on our next trip to Cannes and will recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone.

Apartment Rental - five stars!

What a great find, it was everything we hoped for and more. The location is brilliant in the centre of Cannes where there is a real buzz in the town yet the apartment is so peaceful and quiet, situated on a tranquil, attractive street. The apartment has a light, spacious feel and the balcony is huge for a town apartment, making a perfect place to relax in the evenings. The beds were really comfortable as well - quite unexpected in France! Amazing shops, cafes and restaurants line the streets below and the apartment is just minutes from the sandy beaches. The famous Forville market was a real highlight and definitely a place to visit. There is certainly no need for a car. This is a very romantic spot. We will definitely return again.
