Serene Upmarket Apartment With Views, 450m from Beach, 700m from the Old Town

This 66 m2, two bedroom, two bathroom (one en suite) 4th floor apartment, with a lift, has a south facing terrace with gorgeous views across the bay, and a back terrace accessed by both bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet and beautiful park-like garden with a large shared swimming pool. There is a concierge on duty, guest parking, as well as an underground reserved parking bay. Due to the furniture and the balconies, this apartment is not suitable for small children.
Sleeping:
The main bedroom is en suite, and has a 160 x 200 bed whereas the second bedroom has two 80 x 200 beds which can be attached to make a double bed of 160 x 200.

There is hanging and storage space in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning.
All bedding is 800 thread count Egyptian linen and all towels are thick and luxurious.
Living:
The lounge /dining room has an open plan kitchen. The floors are cream marble.
The well equipped kitchen caters for in-house dining as well as drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay and sunset.
The lounge has a white leather sofa and two matching chairs (and two poufs for extra seating). The dining table seats six people.
Bathrooms:
1 family bathroom with washing machine, large shower, basin and toilet.
1 en suite bathroom with a deep sit bath (120 x 80) and a combined shower, basin, toilet (with a hand held bidet). Both bathrooms have storage space for toiletries and towel heating racks. There is a hair dryer and hair straightener available.
Amenities:
Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, clothes drying rail, microwave, toaster, blender, electric hob and oven, iron/ironing board, fully equipped kitchen (including a selection of wine and champagne glasses), television, wifi, phone, terrace for sundowners, light loungers for beach or pool, additional cleaning and shopping can be organised (for an extra fee),
For each stay there is a small supply of hand and shower wash, toilet paper, cleaning materials and salt/pepper/olive oil. There will also be enough milk, tea and coffee for your first morning.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! We loved waking up every morning with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Everything was very clean and just as pictured! The location was excellent and we enjoyed walking down to get a pastry and coffee at the bakery every morning. The walk to the beach was very quick and easy and it wasn't too much farther to get to town. This was a great home base for our 2 weeks exploring the beautiful South of France.

Could not fault our stay here. 100% as described - spotlessly clean, great location and a stunning view. Closeness to beach and harbour but also with underground car parking space allows guests the best of both worlds - with or without a car. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning View

This is a fantastic place to stay in Cannes. A very spacious apartment. The owner is terrific. We had a problem with construction noise above us, and she promptly made it right. On a map, it looks like it might be a long walk into town, but it is not at all, and the neighborhood is quiet. Very comfortable bed and we slept well. Highly recommend. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Adrian and Lesley's apartment, and plan to return. It is exactly as listed, easy walk to the promenade/beach, into town and to the station. Comfortable beds, great shower, small but perfectly adequate kitchen area. Balcony is a sun-trap with magnificent view of the Med. We were very well looked after by Trevor and Jeanette that manage the property locally.

Wow! Amazing Vacation Stay!!

The apartment is immaculate and located only 5 mins walk from the beach. The host was very kind to leave some birthday champagne for my wife and French wine chilled and ready. We were greeted by the host and shown all around the apartment...he was very friendly. The unit was roomy with a spectacular view. We would highly recommend this place and will most certainly be returning.

Excellent location and stunning view!

What a wonderful property for us to begin our adventures in the south of France. This is a great location, just far enough from the crowds (especially during the film festival) but yet everything is still very walkable: the beach, the old town *le suquet), shopping, groceries, market, restaurants, etc. And that view!!! The photos don't even do it justice. If I were to stay in Cannes again, I would stay here. Highly recommend!!!

Had a fantastic time in Cannes. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Near everything we needed and with a great view of Cannes Bay. A very nice place, and we enjoyed our 4 night stay. Short walk to old town. A nice little gourmet shop within short distance. Great view over the sea. The apartment was equiped with everything we needed. Very good description of the check-in and check-out procedures were provided, and overview of restaurants, shops and things to do. Perfect place for a girl's week in May

The appartment has everything needed and a fantastic view. We took the train to Cap Roux for a hike in those hills. There is also a great walk up behind the appartment. The owner is very flexible and quick on responses. Checkin/-out was efficient. A nice place to stay and quite central with short walk to the beach and the old town. Thank you for this week!

Perfect place!!

Our experience was everything we had hoped for. Communication was clear and helpful. We were met at the property by very efficient and caring managers. We were very touched by the thoughtful gift of a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We especially enjoyed the glorious view from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was out of the hubbub and yet convenient to walk to the beach. This stay was just perfect and we are grateful fir the kind attention by the owners!

What makes this property unique

One of the first things we noticed about our apartment when we saw it, was the beautiful views! And the second delight was the sound of birds in the gardens! There are a family of green parrots which live in one of the trees and they have the most delightful chirps!
The apartment is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, a ten minute walk into the old town and a pleasant stroll to Palais du Festival. We hardly ever use our car when we stay here.
Our apartment truly offers peace and quiet while still been close to all the energy and choices of Cannes.
