About this property

Modern fully furnished apartment on the third floor, 200m from the lakefront and very close to the centre, with large balcony, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, parking and lake view from the large communal roof terrace.
Living room with comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, access to a large balcony for outdoor dining, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Double bedroom with access to the balcony, small bedroom with bunk beds and modern bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer and toaster.

The beautiful communal roof terrace with a direct view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book in the sun or just relax at sunset.
The residence has a free, unnumbered parking space in front of the house.

This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.
The heart of the historic centre and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in 600m. Pets are not allowed.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!

Sehr saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat einer super Lage am Ortseingang von Lazise, nah zum See und zur Altstadt. Parkplätze direkt an der Wohnung, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, nicht zu weich oder zu durchgelegen. Alles sehr sauber, nur die Klobürste könnte mal erneuert werden.

Appartement Florida

Die Wohnung wird für 6 Personen angeboten Viel zu klein. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ohne Schuhe in dem App und die Füße sind schwarz. Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft und es ist vieles kaputt. Wir mussten erstmal den völlig verdreckten und verstopften Abfluss der Dusche reinigen. Ekelig. Eine frühere Anreise nach 14 Stunden Fahrt wäre schön gewesen, es geht aber niemand ans Telefon. Obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht, das man anrufen soll wegen früherem check in. Auch als wir die Dame dann erreichten, mussten wir noch eine Stunde warten. Das ist nicht wirklich Gäste freundlich

Familienurlaub 2023

Wir waren zum ersten mal da und es war alles super.Zum Wasser/Strand sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß,zum Innenstadt nur 8. Einkaufsladen in der Nähe.Die Vermiterin ganz nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
