The "Girasole Splendido," a beautiful apartment of approximately 90 square metres located within the Casale degli Zizzoli, comfortably accommodates 5 people. It’s perfect for those travelling by car or motorcycle and arriving from Pisa Airport, just 15 km away.Close to Tuscany’s most famous art cities, such as Lucca, Florence, and Siena.La, the house is served by public transport—the train station and bus stop are just 2.5 km away. There is a beautiful swimming pool for relaxing days, shared with two other apartments.



What makes our home truly unique is the peace and quiet combined with the ability to quickly reach places of art, culture, and sports, as well as the beach and the liveliest social and nightlife scenes.
The trails in the surrounding area are beautiful for walking or biking.
Il Casale degli Zizzoli is stunning in the spring with the countryside bursting with colour, relaxing and cool in the summer thanks to the breeze coming in from the sea, fantastic in the fall when the weather is still mild, and charming in the winter, surrounded by Christmas lights and decorations. The “Il Girasole” apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It is furnished with care and functionality.
It comfortably accommodates 5 people, with two large, lovingly furnished double bedrooms. A bright living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the TV, and a large, functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea and herbal teas, and a washing machine. Everything you need for cooking and setting the table; outside, you’ll find a beach umbrella with chairs and lounge chairs at your disposal to make your stay even more relaxing. Air conditioning in all rooms. A bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Wi-Fi.
Outside, you’ll find free private parking in front of the house within our olive grove. Free Wi-Fi, a BBQ and garden table, a playground for children, and a beautiful pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs for spending days in complete relaxation. Everything described is included in the price.

Other things to keep in mind
From the Cascina exit on the FI-PI-LI highway, the house is a maximum of 5 minutes away by car. From Pisa Airport or Pisa City Centre, it’s about a 10-minute drive (via the FI-PI-LI) to the Cascina exit.
