Clarimar Apartment

Cozy and spacious apartment in the center of Sitges, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and promenade. Sleeping up to 6 people, this apartment is undoubtedly one of the best options for your stay in Sitges.

It has a communal swimming pool, garden, sunbathing area and children's play area and parking for bicycles. It features a large living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and games for the whole family. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed, and the last with two single beds. It has two full bathrooms.

The property has Wi-Fi. There is also air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in each bedroom. A small parking space is available, suitable only for a small car. This parking is available under request and might have additional charges.  Located in a very quiet community, it is only 30 minutes from Barcelona and El Prat airport.

- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Lovely flat, great location

The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. Ideally located close to the beaches and the town centre. The management company was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Would happily rent this flat again.

I will never book here again. I am extremely disappointed by this stay and most specifically by the host/Hello Homes company. First, I received no check in information except for the day prior to check in when i was already travelling. Second, they contacted me through What’s App although they never advised it (my what’s app was turned off) and the emergency phone number provided in VRBO was not working. I had to go through the VRBO emergency line to get an answer from them. Third, I had an emergency need for which i gave them about 24 hours without any concrete action from them. Overall, their communication was extremely poor - except when the second payment was due for which they called me a few times in a row asking for a suddenly emergency payment. The apartment was adequate though and we really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach and downtown Sitges.

Nice well equipped apartment with some minor flaws

Well equipped apartment in an almost perfect location.The bedrooms are on the very noisy Placa Espanya side. Give a better guide to find the location (number five at a corner of the placa and a street is not normal). Perfect swimming pool area in the middle of the complex. Equipment improval proposals: Working beach umbrellas, more garbage cans. One bin for seven persons is not enough. Provide also trash separation bags (not only one). It would also help to have some initial provisions of coffee, sugar and tea
