About this property
Paskins-1st Floor Apt-2 Bath-Cowes Centre-Sleeps 4
On the Island’s northern coastline, located amongst the hustle and bustle of central Cowes, is Paskins - a Grade II listed, first-floor apartment, ideally situated to make the most of the nearby restaurants, bars and independent retailers. Well-equipped and homely, with a few stunning period features here and there, it’s no wonder this holiday home gets such glowing feedback from its guests.
After stepping through the front door and heading up the stairs, visitors to Paskins will find a light and welcoming apartment, centred around a cosy lounge with an L-shaped sofa and Smart TV. Next door is the kitchen, with a dining table that seats four, plus everything you’d expect for the perfect self-catering stay (including kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher).
The master bedroom comes with a zip-and-link double bed (which can be converted to twin beds on request) as well as a historic red-tiled fireplace and a sleek and sophisticated en-suite shower room. There’s also a light and airy second bedroom (another zip-and-link double which can be switched to a twin) with access to the family bathroom - which includes an inviting roll-top bath, with a shower over for those who prefer it.
Free parking is available on Ward Avenue which is five minutes walk away.
There is council run pay and display car park in Northwood Park which is five minutes walk away. Tourist parking permits can be purchased online. Via this link; https://www.iow.gov.uk/transport-and-parking/parking/parking-permits/touristmulti-location-parking-permits/
Please note that as the property is located on a pedestrianised street, unloading and loading directly outside the property via a vehicle is not possible. However there is a loading bay which is 20 metres away from the front entrance door which can be used.
During busy times of the year you may experience noise from the street below.
The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels.
We can offer discounted ferry travel to you on Red Funnel and Wight Link. Please let us know of your interest at the time of booking and we can provide you with a quote.
This is a no smoking property and does not allow pets.
