The first floor is built as a loft and consists of a double bedroom with king size bed and wonderful views, a dressing room and a full bathroom ensuite with shower, a spacious workspace with views, and a long outdoor terrace with seating area and wonderful seaviews.
The house is surrounded by a private terrace with direct access to the beach promenade and a private parking space for one vehicle. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area at a walking distance. The airport is 30 minutes away.
