A famous narrow gauge railway, the Ffestiniog mountain railway, travels for 13 miles through Snowdonia National Park to the port town of Porthmadog. The nearby Portmeirion village is well-known for its architecture and as the location where The Prisoner was filmed, and there are also family-friendly beaches in the area.

Ground floor: Entrance porch with boot storage leading to large, double aspect sitting room / dining room with mountain views, internet TV, feature slate fireplace & electric log burner. Stairs down to lower ground floor: large kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast table to seat 4. Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower with screen, basin and WC. First floor: Two bedrooms: Main bedroom: double with en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Second bedroom 2 x bunkbeds with views over the Moelwyn mountains. Door from kitchen leading to rear garden & seating area overlooking Moelwyn mountains. Steps down to stone-built shed for bike storage
