For a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature...

The apartment is located in a small complex of 6 units just 50 meters away. of the enchanting Bagno beach with private uncovered parking space.

The apartment is located on the first and last floor of the building and is accessed by an external staircase. The entrance door is on the small terrace where you can eat while enjoying the view that you can see in one of the photos. The apartment is on two levels, on the access floor there is the living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and the double bedroom, while on the masonry mezzanine, which overlooks the living room, there is the bedroom with two beds and the second bathroom. To access the mezzanine, you go up the ladder that you see in one of the photos and the mezzanine is open, so whoever sleeps there can hear who is in the living room.

The Bagno beach is a delightful pebble beach located just down the road from the house. It is a free beach without any type of service, usually quite quiet even in the busiest periods. From the gate of the property, cross the road and take the path (about 30m, 20m of long concrete steps and then about 20 steps), which descends to the sea. Il Bagno, where the apartments are located, is about 2.5 km from Marciana Marina, where you can find everything you need, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. as well as two beaches equipped with pebbles, small stones. Going in the opposite direction, however, you will find the Paolina beach at about 2Km, a small equipped sandy beach with descent to the sea along a path, Spartaia at about 2.5Km, a small equipped sandy beach next to that of the Desireè hotel, and finally the beach of Procchio at about 3km, a large equipped sandy beach, with parking and all services from jet skis to restaurants, etc. In Procchio you will also find some food shops, newsagent's, restaurants etc.

The cost of final cleaning is 70 euros and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Bed linen is not included, it can be rented at a cost of 15 euros per person (with one week's notice).

ATTENZIONE non c è internet!!! Ma per il Sig Giacomo questo non era un grosso problema e se proprio si voleva protestare non era con lui che bisognava farlo (ma credo che L annuncio in cui non veniva detto dell assenza di Internet L abbia scritto lui) ma con Vrbo. A parte questo manca il forno, la lavatrice è in comune con altri utenti e poi una puzza di fogna che ci ha accompagnato dall’ arrivo alla partenza. Il soppalco con il bagno è un sottotetto che mio figlio di 1.85 m ha avuto problemi a gestire. Letto camera matrimoniale accettabile da buttare quelli sul soppalco. Si sta freschi soprattutto di notte. Consiglio degli adattatori per le prese che in gran parte sono a passo grande mentre ormai tutti gli apparecchi elettrici hanno passo piccolo. La spiaggia è effettivamente a pochi metri con scalini agevoli, L unico problema che metà della stessa qualcuno ha pensato di farla diventare di sua proprietà mettendo due transenne con la scritta proprietà privata

Der Manager war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Appartement war sehr schöndirekt und der Nähe eines kleinen steinigen Privatstrand. Die Waschmaschine war kaputt. Die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft. Es fehlte eine Klimaanlage, die Nächte waren unerträglich heiß. Ratsam hier eine Klimaanlage einzubauen. Nächtliche Besucher (Wildschweine) machten jede Nacht viel Lärm an den Containern. Hier könnte man diese besser sichern. Unter diesen Umständen würden wir nicht nochmals kommen für diesen Preis auch, sehr teuer.

Traumhafter Blick auf`s Meer

Gut aufgeteiltes Ferienappartement, zweckmäßig & schön eingerichtet, super für 2-4 Personen; eigenes Bad in der oberen Etage; bei den Fotos ist nicht ganz eindeutig, welche zu welcher Wohnung gehören. Ausrichtung der Terrasse/ des Balkons nach Nordosten; d.h. ab Mittag angenehmer Schatten. Nur wenige Gehminunuten und Treppenstufen zum allerdings kieseligen Strand (Badeschuhe empfehlenswert!). Wunderbare Bade - und Schwimmmöglichkeit! Es fast alles vorhanden, Gefriereinheit; aureichend Geschirr, Wäscheständer und Klammern. Spülmaschine, dafür allerdings zu wenig Besteck & Tassen/Becher. Kein Wlan; unterhalb des Hauses verläuft die Straße und bedingt einen gewissen Verkehrslärm (Motoradfahrer).

Nette kleine Wohnung mit Aussicht aufs Meer

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten 10 schöne Tage in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung auf Elba. Die Küche ist gut bestückt um auch mal etwas kochen zu können. Lediglich ein Backofen fehlt. Gute Restaurants gibts wenige Kilometer entfernt in Marciana Marina und Procchio. Einen kleinen Strand mit grossen Kieselsteinen erreicht man über eine gut gebauten Weg und eine sichere Treppe in 2 Minuten. Einen grossen, schönen Sandstrand fanden wir in Procchio. Auch Wanderwege auf die Berge und durch die schönen Wälder finden sich viele in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug anzureisen empfiehlt sich für dieses Appartement. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung von der sehr netten Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall.
