The property was quaint, but hard to find. It has a lot of stairs to the bedrooms which can be hard for some that I didn't notice in the review.

Property is lovely, newly decorated, big enough for a family of 4, nice decor, great location
Lovely property, very clean and newly decorated, perfect for a family of 4, lovely large bathroom. Excellent location and views of Scarborough. Everything you could every need was provided, although would of liked full length mirrors in bedrooms, oh and a washing up bowl, so not end of the world! Parking was good for location, however I definitely wouldn't recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues, steep garden entrance to front of property, and steep stairs inside. I would definitely come back again, it was very nice

Overall, lovely property.
The property was very nice, but the downstairs areas smelt quite musty / greasy cooking smells. The property was clean. It was a bit of a nightmare checking in, with a lady on the phone assuring me that details would be provided, but they were not. I had to make a further call to obtain the details. The front entrance to the property was a little difficult to find. The rear door (through which entry could not be gained) would benefit from a sign pointing guests round the row of terraces to the front door.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really glad to hear that you found the property clean and overall very nice. That said, we're sorry to hear about the musty/cooking smell downstairs and the issues you experienced during check-in — that’s certainly not the smooth welcome we aim to provide. We also appreciate your comments about the entrance and signage, and we’ll definitely look into ways to make arrival easier for future guests. Your input is valuable and helps us improve, so thank you again for your honest review.
