House with private swimming pool in l'Escala, ideal for families who wish to spend a unique holiday in a quiet area just 650 metres from the forest and 1.3 kilometres from the beach of Riells and its shops.

The best of casa FLOR is to enjoy the private swimming pool and its exterior. The swimming pool is large and well maintained, it has outdoor furniture and enough space to lie down, relax, sunbathe and swim. The whole plot is fenced, so the outside of the house is perfect for playing without worrying about the safety of the little ones.

The interior of the house is on the first floor, which is accessed by stairs. In front of the entrance door, there is a covered terrace with barbecue and direct views of the swimming pool. On entering we find the living-dining room and on the left hand side a small kitchen. A first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and finally a bathroom with shower shared by both rooms. The house also has satellite TV and free wifi to make your holidays in l'Escala even more comfortable.

Qualité/prix insuffisant

Le ménage à l'arrivée laisse à désirer, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les photos sont trompeuses et l'équipement de détente autour de la piscine ne correspond en rien à ce qui était annoncé. De plus, les alentours sont totalement négligés sur le plan de l'entretien. Le logement a véritablement besoin d'une rénovation, avec des murs sales, une cuisine dans un état lamentable et minimaliste, et des meubles de deuxième main. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû remplacer la bouteille de gaz, tandis que la terrasse était dans un état déplorable de saleté. Il y avait également un seul ventilateur fonctionnel, tandis que le deuxième était partiellement cassé, et les câbles et rallonges étaient éparpillés dans toute la maison. Le ramasse-miettes était en piètre état et nous avons même dû nous passer de la brossette qui l’accompagne. En conclusion, je ne saurais recommander cette location ! Le prix demandé est bien loin de justifier la qualité de ce lieu, alors qu'il existe bien meilleures options ailleurs. Cependant, il est vrai que l'environnement est agréable et paisible, et bien situé. Nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour.

Piscine très appreciable, le logement beaucoup moins..

Logement non adapté aux enfants en bas âges. Ménage à l'arrivée laisse à désirer. Les photos sont trompeuses le logement est bcp plus vieillot qu'il n'y paraît. Pas entretenu ou rénové, pour exemple : à notre arrivée deux trous dans les murs(un salon, l'autre dans la chambre)avec câble apparent. Très dangereux pour les enfants. Pour ce qui est des équipements : le manche d'aspirateur cassé on a du aspirer penché a 50cm du sol, la poignée de la fenêtre de la cuisine nous est restée dans les mains, pour avoir de l'eau chaude le debit doit être au maximum du coup effet carcher pour prendre une douche (super pour mes filles de 10 mois et 2ans et demi!) La télé posé sur une planche et 4 pieds! Et aussi des câbles et rallonge partout dans la maison certaines jauni par le temps! En conclusion je ne recommanderais pas cette location! Je trouve honteux de prendre l'argent des vacanciers sans pour autant reinjecter pour entretenir ne serait-ce qu'un manche d'aspirateur ! Sinon le coin est super sympa et calme, l'agence de location très réactive.
