Pleasant single storey house, not terraced and not overlooked, located in the quiet area of Riells de Dalt in l'Escala and only 15 mins walk from Riells beach.
It has a terrace overlooking the private pool.
It also has WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house.
American and equipped kitchen (oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher) dining room and living room leading directly onto the terrace.
In total the house can accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms (3 double beds / 2 140 beds and 1 160 bed) and 2 bathrooms.

Bonne location. Au calme si vous n’avez pas de voisins sinon ça peut vite être l’enfer! On a dû faire le ménage à l’arrivée car les toilettes, la vaisselle n’était pas très propres… Propriétaires dispos si problème.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in L'Escala. Das Ferienhaus war super!!! Sauber und nett eingerichtet mit vielen kleine Details, die es gemütlich machten. Der Pool war groß, das Wasser erfrischend. Hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die stets innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet hat um Rücksprache mit ihrem Vater zu halten, der uns das Haus übergeben hat. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank :-)

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans la villa où il ne manque vraiment rien sauf peut être une plancha mais nous y avions pensé et avions ramené la nôtre. En ce qui concerne l’accueil du papa de la propriétaire, rien à redire. Il est très souriant et agréable. Il nous a fait nous sentir à l’aise dès les premières minutes. La villa est très fonctionnelle, dans un quartier résidentiel au calme, non loin des commerces et de la plage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Villa très agréable

Maison très agréable, bien orientée, dans un quartier très calme. Piscine de belles dimensions. Contacts très faciles et cordiaux avec la propriétaire. Son papa, qui nous reçoit, est disponible pour le moindre embêtement ou renseignement et très accueillant. Le nettoyage de la piscine se fait discrètement. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Tout c'est très bien déroulé

Très belle maison ne manque presque de rien ,nous y retournerons avec plaisir, les proprios sont à l'écoute et font tout pour que le séjour se déroule bien; c'est pour cela que je me permet quelque remarques : ce qui manquait à des vacanciers en famille comme nous c'est du linge propre pour les lits ( n'ont pas que les lits étaient sales ... loin de la ) , et des lits doubles ou superposé à pour nos enfants , sinon tout y est quartier très calme paisible et on s'y sent en sécurité , la région ne manque de rien supermarchés restaurants pour tous les goûts et budgets attractions...
