A 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and 3 minutes from Laourou Beach

We are proud to provide villas in excellent locations, with spotless housekeeping, full amenities, and a 24/7 responsive team. We also appreciate your recognition of our welcome package, which includes fruit and Prosecco. As we host guests from many nationalities, we cannot prioritise specific items, though your suggestion regarding milk and bread is noted. Regarding the payment process: as your booking was made through Vrbo, all payments and automated messages are handled by their system, outside of our control. Similarly, the damage deposit is outlined during booking and, as explained, is never charged but temporarily frozen and released five days after departure. The electricity policy is listed in the property’s amenities and was also clarified in our private exchanges. For security, our villas are equipped with alarms and CCTV to protect guests’ belongings. The camera you referred to faces only the patio entrance, not the pool area, and we would gladly have shown you its view if requested. We also apologise for initially providing only three sun loungers, though additional ones were delivered the same day. Finally, we regret the miscommunication regarding electricity and confirm no extra charges were made. We hope this clears up the concerns mentioned and look forward to welcoming you again
