This stylish villa for 6 persons is located in a beautiful and quiet area in Javea with almost no traffic, 100% privacy and tranquility is guaranteed. The villa has a private pool and cozy outdoor lounge. Due to its south-facing location, you will enjoy the maximum number of sunshine hours all year round.

The detached villa is located on a enclosed plot of 1.000 m² in the quiet neighbourhood of "La Colina", adjacent to a nature reserve, a 5-minute drive from a supermarket and 8 minutes from Arenal beach.

The ground floor of the villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), spacious living/dining room and an open kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, small dishwasher, kettle, cup coffee maker and toaster. There are also 2 luxury folding guest beds (200cm, x 90cm, mattress 10cm thick) that can be set up in any room as desired. On the terrace in front of the kitchen there is an outdoor table with 6 chairs and large parasol for cooling shade. On the property there is parking for several cars.

The pool (10 x 4) is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, parasol, a covered outdoor lounge with lounge sofa, coffee table, outdoor shower, large dining table and Broil King gas barbecue.

The upper floor of the villa is unoccupied in the months of July and August, so you enjoy complete privacy. In other months the owners may also be there, which will always be indicated in advance. Also, the rental price will be adjusted accordingly.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to escape the Dutch grey skies and ended up buing a villa in Javea.
Why Javea? We very much enjoy the 3 disctinct area's of the town: the harbour area, the old town and the Arenal boulevard, something completely differerent to enjoy every time we are there.
Why this villa? We fell in love with the view over the valley from the naya, the tranquility of the plot next to the protected green area and the south facing sundeck and swimmingpool.

What makes this property unique

The villa is situated in a tranquil area but only 5 minutes from the bustling Arenal beach and boulevard.
