Solhabitat Moraira Sport September 2024
Great service and support from Solhabitat staff. Responded promptly to questions and requests from booking through to departure. Key collection was seamless. Couldn’t fault Hector and his colleagues. Thank you for looking after us so well.
The villa is well presented, minimal and very clean with comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The views from the roof terrace are fantastic and there is ample parking for cars. The villa is on a deceptively large plot with a number of terrace and garden areas. Not all of these had seating which was a shame as we couldn’t enjoy all the areas especially one of the bedroom terraces with a nice view for a morning coffee. The outdoor furniture that is there was comfortable and of good quality. Easy to get to the centre of Moraira by car.
Unfortunately the road the villa is located on turned out to be quite a busy one, it’s a through road and as the pool is at the front of the property next to the road, the traffic was very noticeable and consistent for most of the day.The description of the villa states it is in a quiet neighbourhood without traffic which isn’t accurate, the neighbourhood maybe quiet but the traffic meant that poolside was disturbed by vehicle noise making relaxing more difficult.
More outdoor furniture and parasols would be useful to make the most of the different areas around the villa. Hector brought an additional parasol as there was only one when we arrived. Suggest trimming the hedges to allow more sun on the pool for as long as possible to keep it at a nice temperature. Some days it was quite chilly but we managed to still go in.
