The holiday villa, built in the Moorish style, is detached, largely secluded and surrounded by a Mediterranean, fenced-in garden with 1600 square meters. There you will find a wonderful population of palm, lemon, orange and fig trees. Also available for our guests to consume. The villa complex offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Sierra de Bernia (1130m). The secluded pool ( 7x3 meter) is located directly in front of the covered main terrace with a built-in grill station. The villa is modernly furnished and has a living space of 230 square meters. The spacious living room leads to the divided dining area and the cozy fireplace room with wood grill. A spiral staircase leads to the upper tower room (walk-through room) with a separate bathroom and via the large roof terrace to the 4th bedroom. The 4th bedroom has no central heating. The two lower bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms. The urbanization has its own source so there is no shortage of water even in summer. The short road to the villa has been freshly paved and is easily accessible despite a gradient of approx. 20%. The villa is ideal for families and is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.

On-site service: You will be expected and introduced to the villa by our house service. During your stay, he is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. There is also a key box for guests arriving very late

Please note the house rules and rental conditions before booking. In the heating season, the gas consumption of the central heating is billed on site according to consumption, the 4th bedroom has no central heating. You are welcome to bring your pet, but we can only allow this in the low season, from October to April.

The neighboring hinterland with its small villages and described hiking trails offers excellent opportunities for hikers and bikers.

Between Altea and the urbanization 'El Paradiso' is the small town of Altea la Vella (about 1.5 km away), where you will find everything for your daily needs (bank, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newspapers) as well as bars and good Restaurants.

Golf information DON CAYO in Altea la Vella: This hilly golf course was integrated into an urbanization and is characterized by narrow and hilly fairways. You have to concentrate on precise strokes and not be too distracted by the wonderful panorama.

Quiet rural villa

Overall the villa was great. Michael the manager also great. Being picky, the villa could do with more cereal bowls and some more comfy seating in the lounge area. There were 5 of us and only 4 seats.

Nice villa, but the dogs of the neighbours........

We stayed here May 2022 for 4 weeks. It's a nice villa with a beautiful pool. We hoped for 4 relaxing weeks. But.......the neighbours in front of the villa are owning 5 dogs. In the daytime it's not that bad, but from 19:00 till midnight it's almost continuous barking, every evening. We tried to talk to owners of the dogs but the only response we got was 'we live in the mountains....'. They were very unfriendly. In the evening and in the weekend they receive friends, they also were very loud. We both had to wear noice-cancellation headphones to try ignore the sound pollution. We informed the owner about this, and she gave us the option to leave the villa and refund our money. That was a generous gesture, but the option to go home is not what we want. My wife had a very bad year and needed a holiday. We tried to find an other villa but all was full or too expensive. So, we decided to stay. We tried to go away from the villa every day as long as possible, but the evenings at the villa were terrible. Because the 5 dogs are barking, every dog in the neighbourhood went barking. What also needs mentioned....the villa has two roads beside it, one in front and one on the right. These are the main roads to reach the other villas above. In the afternoon between 17:00 and 19:30 every few minutes cars are coming by. The problem is that it is steep uphill, so the car engines need revving up with a lot of noise of course, especially the diesel engines. We think this must be mentioned in the description. Positive is the contact with the owner, she is helpful where she can. There are some (minor) things that need to de repaired : 1. Garagedoor not working(was mentioned when we arrived) 2. Ovenlight not working(was mentioned after we arrived) 3. Electricity on the right side of the terrace and dining room was not working(mentioned after we arrived) 4. Airco in the 2nd bedroom stopped working.(this can happen) If the owners of the villa in front were normal social people and would behave as it should be, this holiday could ne nearly perfect. But the reality is that they are living there, and have no respect for the neighbours. The owner of the villa promised to do something about this, but we already know that it will be pointless. At least, it's too late for us. We were looking forward to this holiday, but the neighbours ruined it. We are really sorry for this negative review, but it must be said.

In der wunderschönen Villa in Altea habe ich gemeinsam mit fünf Freunden einen super entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Von hier aus sind wir zu Tagesausflügen in die vielfältigen nahe gelegenen Klettergebieten aufgebrochen.Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und bringt alles mit, um gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben: Schon beim gemeinsamen Frühstück haben wir auf der Terrasse Sonne getankt und abends gemütlich beisammen gesessen.Der Kontakt mit Gastgeberin Hera war sehr freundlich. Der nette Service und die lokalen Empfehlungen und die Tipps von Michael zu Restaurants & Co. in der Nähe haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einer rundum sorglosen Auszeit gemacht.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher!

Schöne Unterkunft in klassischem Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Haus direkt unter der Sierra Bernia. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Felsen. Das Haus ist herrlich still und kaum einsehbar. Rund herum sind Pinien und Palmen. Gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort (2 13 jährige Kinder dabei). Waren oft draußen, der Pool und die Aussendusche waren laufend genutzt. Durch die Klima ist es im unteren Bereich auch bei heißen Tagen gut zu Leben. Im oberen Bereich gibt es keine Klima, daher muss man Wärme lieben. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt, es ständen ein paar Renovierungen auf Grund des Alters an, die sind aber akzeptabel.

Vietimme perheen kanssa jo toista kesälomaa tässä villassa. Supermajoitus, kaikki korkeatasoista. Hyvä viestintä omistajan sekä talonpitäjän Michaelin kanssa. Tultaessa asunto oli siisti ja puhdas, uima-allas hyvin huollettu, vesi oli puhdas. Avainten saaminen ja palautus toimii mainiosti avainlokeron kautta. Pihalla on riittävästi tilaa autolle. Piha-alue on laaja, naapurustoa ei edes huomaa, todella rauhallinen ja turvallinen paikka. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä paikka.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen Finca. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich gemütliche Terrasse wo auch der Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war. Die Kommunikation und der Service waren einwandfrei. Mehr gibt es nicht zu schreiben ausser das wir einen perfekten Urlaub hatten.

Mooi vakantiehuis voor 8 man. Schaduw door parasols. Heerlijk eten overdekt buiten maar in juli wel warm. De weg naar het huis is zo’n 24 graden steil met een relatief smalle inrit, dus vergt enige stuurkunst. Mooie muziek toren voor muziek buiten.

Erinomainen paikka viettää perheen kesken lomaa

Majoittajan kanssa oli nopea ja sujuvaa yhteydenotto. Vastattu kaikkiin kiinnostaviin minua kysymyksiin ripeästi. Avainten saaminen ja luovuttaminen sujui helposti. Paikka oli meille todella sopiva, erityisesti oma uima-allas oli todella suuri helpotus kuumassa ilmassa. Asunnon hoitaja Michael on todella ystävällinen, loistava tyyppi ja autoi meitä jokaisessa asiassa. Villassa oli todella turvallinen olo ja me ollaan nautittu omasta lomasta täysin. Talossa on huippu uima-allas, joka puhdistettiin ja siellä on liikkuvaa vesi. Illalla voi istua isossa katettussa terassilla ja pelata vaikka pöytäpelejä/syödä. Ilmastointilaitteet löytyy kahdessa makuuhuoneissa alakerrassa, yläkerrassa on ollut tuuletin.

Super Lage, tolles Grundstück

Das Haus liegt am Hang in der Siedlung „El Paradiso” mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und auf das Meer. Besonders haben wir das Frühstück auf der hübschen Veranda genossen. Einen sehr schönen Pool hat das Haus ebenfalls, wir konnten ihn aber aufgrund der Jahreszeit nur wenig nutzen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und kaum einsehbar, so dass Privatssphäre garantiert ist. Unsere Kinder hatten im Garten einen Riesenspaß. Auch das Haus selber ist wunderschön, die Küche ist aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Eine grundlegende Renovierung insbesondere der Bäder wäre von Vorteil. Für eine Familie bietet das Haus viel Platz. Allerdings gibt es nur zwei abgeschlossene Wohnräume, der Rest sind Durchgangsräume. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich eine traumhafte Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, ein Durchgangsraum und ein durch eine dünne Holzwand abgetrennter zusätzlicher Raum, der aber über keine Zentralheizung verfügt. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass man in der kälteren Jahreszeit unter Umständen die Gaszentralheizung anstellen muss und hierfür extra zahlen muss. Dies steht zwar auch auf der Webseite zur Immobilienbeschreibung, könnte aber leicht überlesen werden. Da das Haus nicht gut gedämmt ist, können hier leicht höhere Summen zusammenkommen. Wir haben uns mit der Vermieterin auf einen fairen Kompromiss geeinigt. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin positiv, es wurde immer schnell geantwortet und bei der Verlängerung des Aufenthalts zeigte sie sich sehr großzügig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Verwalter vor Ort. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer, wenn man etwas brauchte, in kürzester Zeit an Ort und Stelle. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Grandiose Aussichten

Nice property, but very cold in winter, and not quite as advertised

Stayed for five weeks over Christmas and New Year with my wife, two children, and sporadic visits from my elderly parents (who live locally). Property manager was friendly, helpful, and generally responsive. But the property was very cold, and only two of the rooms were adequately heated (one, not at all). Moreover, we had to pay additional fees for every propane canister used. Would perhaps be a great spot for a spring/summer visit. But would not recommend staying here off-season.

Top Anlage! Kann man nur empfehlen!

Wir haben das Haus eine Woche mit 2 Familien angemietet. Die Lage ist super. Niemand kann einem auf den Pool schauen und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wir können die Anlage nur empfehlen! 2 kleine mini Minuspunkte haben wir dann doch: 1.Das Haus ist für eine Familie (4-Köpfig) zu groß und für 2 Familien zu klein, da sich alles auf einer Etage abspielt. Auf der oberen Etage sind nicht wirklich 2 richtige Schlafzimmer. 2. Ist keine Kritik, sondern eher ein Tipp für die nächsten Mieter. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist steil, sehr steil, sehr sehr steil. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, sollte aber auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben, da wir mit unserem gemieteten 9 Sitzer (mit einem sehr schwachen Motor) kaum den Berg hinauf kamen. So gab es bei jedem Hochfahren und vom Haus wegfahren, immer schön quietschende Reifen. Aber nochmal, wer dieses Haus bucht, macht keinen Fehler.
