Couple stay

My partner and I stayed at Luc's villa for a week during May as we were getting married in Altea. The villa was just perfect and even better in person. Luc went above and beyond to help where needed. Unlike other villas in Altea that are in the hills, this one is by the port so is walking distance to the old town along the promenade. An all round great stay and will certainly be back.

Altea Stay

Great location and great villa. A good supermarket really close by which catered for all needs, superb restaurants and bars within 5-10 mins walking distance, and a lovely people beach. You can take a short drive to different areas to find a sandy beach too, or take the train - both are easy. House was very clean and the kids loved the pool. A/C in every room and a well stocked kitchen.

Stunning Villa Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway

We (3 people) stayed at the villa for a week and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Conveniently located just across the road from the marina, it's also a short walk away from the beach and various restaurants. The property itself is immaculately clean and boasts beautiful decor. The added garden space is a delightful touch. Inside, the kitchen comes fully equipped, and each room has its own air conditioning unit. Plus, the serene location guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. The owners are genuinely friendly and always eager to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Altea Gem

Luc was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is in a great location and a really good supermarket is practically on your doorstep. I had hired a car but didn’t use it very much as we were so close to all amenities. The villa is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Such a relaxing holiday. I’ve booked for next year already but unfortunately I’ll need to cancel as the dates don’t align with the time I get off work . I will be back, I'm hoping someone cancels the dates I need as I’d be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Luc you were a great host.

Execellent location

The location is in walking distance of Altea and Albir. No car is needed. Large supermarket around the corner and plenty of bars and restaurants. Short 20 min walk up to Altea old town, which is up hill so challenging if you have difficulty walking. Accommodation was modern and comfortable, we were a family of 5 adults. The villa had everthing you need and private enough. Roof terrace was a sun trap. Not alot of nightlife for older teenagers but the bars were open till early hours of the morning in the old town square which they enjoyed. Everyone was very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The villa had all required of a villa the pool is not heated but it heats up during the day as the garden is a sun trap with beautifully kept garden. The villa has all you need including beach towels. There is a BBQ area with a gas BBQ and a cute little beach bar. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. There is a supermarket 4 minutes away that is full of all you require and across the road is a lovely little cafe. The restaurants are within walking distance and the beach too the sea is crystal clear but it is a rocky beach but did not bother us. The host Luc was very amenable and easy to get hold of and very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this villa. Thank you Luc

Fantastischer Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung

Tolle Begrüßung und Einweisung durch Luc. Im Haus und draußen war die Ausstattung wirklich top. Sogar ein 2. Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Sehr schöne Lunchgruppe. Alles wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In 2 Minuten der Supermarkt und unsere Stammbar. In 4 Minuten waren wir am Strand. Mit dem Bus gings nach Benidorm. Wir kommen wieder.

Location parfaite

Une très belle location. La maison est parfaite pour plusieurs couples ou une famille. Les équipements sont top de la cuisine à la piscine et la climatisation s'est avérée très appréciable par les fortes chaleurs. La situation à 3mm de la plage, 200m du supermarché et pleins de restaurants accessibles à pieds vous permettrons d'envisager un séjour sans voiture. Et Luc, notre hôte, est très sympa et super disponible. Nous recommandons chaudement. Claude

Amazing secluded Villa in great location

This Villa is totally amazing - a hidden oasis in a great location and no car needed as 100m from supermarket and within 200m of lots of restaurants, close to the tram and only a 20 minute walk to either the old town or the newer area of Altea. - the villa is so tasteful and fully loaded with great kit - coffee machines, juicer and pots and pans a plenty, Washing machine, dishwasher, spare large fridge in Utility room etc - The pool areas is stunning and the cooler under cover area also great - as was the rooftop terrace. There are two big umbrellas for shade and 4 poolside beds - for rest and relaxation it is perfect. Super king, king and twin room plus two bathroom's and extra loo so no hassle or waiting. Air conditioning in each room too. On arrival the villa was very clean and Luc Showed us everything we needed to know. The BBQ area is also a great addition although we did not use it as ate out every night as choice was so great. My endless questions were all answered rapidly and Luc was so helpful - showed routes to everywhere and gave top tips. honestly best rental I have ever stayed in and I am so fussy. Yes! - very unusually for me would not hesitate to book again - not sure that has ever happened before. If you stay here you are in for a treat. I have nothing negative to say.

Vacaciones Perfectas

La casa es fantástica, la piscina, el jardín, las instalaciones… Su situación es inmejorable, frente al puerto deportivo de Altea y con los comercios y restaurantes del Paseo Marítimo a pocos metros. Los anfitriones son extraordinarios, solo tuvimos un pequeño problema y lo solucionaron con una llamada de teléfono, siempre dispuestos a facilitar las vacaciones de sus huéspedes. Unas vacaciones perfectas que repetiremos.
