We will replace or repair the DVD player, but keep in mind some times it is hard to know if it is just user error or perhaps someone prior unplugged or moved things around. Regardless, we will ensure it is working for your next visit. :) You are correct that parking is expensive. Luckily, you don't have to pay for parking because you can walk to the beach. This is a truly great benefit as there's free parking at the Beach and Tennis Club with your reservation. We are sorry for the check in and check out times. We need enough time to get the unit clean and ensure our next guest is able to have the same experience of comfort and cleanliness you had. Most of our guests ask us if they can check in earlier, and if the unit is clean, we always fulfill their requests. Again, thank you for the feedback. We do our very best to please every single guest and as a retired military family, who has traveled from hotel to hotel when moving to new duty stations, we do realize how each detail makes the difference in the entire experience.
