I came with my daughter and poodle, and we had a wonderful stay. We swam at the beach just a few meters from the apartment and used the free bikes almost every day to ride to the market and bank. We especially enjoyed the many parks and outdoor play areas nearby. The restaurants within walking distance were excellent, and the locally foraged mushrooms from the surrounding mountains were superb. The Porto Letizia staff were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.I highly recommend this adorable place. Just be aware that Uber is not available in this area, and taxis are scarce and quite expensive. Also, getting to Lake Como from Porlezza on Lake Lugano can be somewhat challenging. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would happily return.
