Casa CLAUDIA is ideal for your holidays this year! Anti-corona virus measures e.g. disinfection between stays, we take seriously. We offer 170 m2 with direct views of the Torrequebrada golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach of Benalmádena-Costa and Castillo Bil Bil. Excellent for families: 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms. Fast WIFI and AC including a large open kitchen with a bar. Urbanisation with 24 hrs security.Prepared for small children! Max 7 adults.
Due to the coronavirus, we are taking great care to disinfect surfaces that are often touched between stays. Casa Claudia is a spacious first floor apartment with a south facing terrace with wide views over the Torrequebrada Golf course, garden and pool of the urbanisation. Large terrace with sofa-lounge, TV and barbecue. Modern and very complete decoration. Smart Television satellite with more than 200 international channels, Netflix and You Tube. Centralised AC throughout the apartment. Garage space included. Rates include taxes, electricity, water, fast wifi, air conditioning and garage space.
Final cleaning cost to be paid on arrival in cash. (€ 150 or € 120 for 4 people or less). This includes the use of bed clothes, bathroom and kitchen towels (1 small, large and beach towel per person). Baby elements, cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table included on request.
Big garden. High level gated community with majority of resident or foreign owners. Ideal for toddlers and teens who can play outside alone. There are 4 pools and a playground, plus 2 children's pools. Due to the coronavirus, all pools and their common areas are ultra-disinfected and cleaned daily. In addition, 24-hour security in the urbanisation to follow up on new regulations such as social distance, sanitary hygiene in the garden, etc.

Why they chose this property
because on the Costa del Sol it makes the best time and most Sun in all of Europe! More than 300 days from the Sun. Malaga Airport has many very good places and cheap connections. Benalmadena consists of 3 villages, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa. Our Benalmadena has already received a lot of premiums in Europe because it is a very complete city / town with a wide range of activities to do. The apartment is only 20 min. from the airport and 2 min. of the beach. The sports port of Benalmadena only 5 min. where there is a large leisure scale both for during the day and at night. Both Malaga and Marbella half an hour by car.
It is a newly built apartment (finished in 2007) and is of good quality, housing ca. 150 m2, terrace ca. 30 m2. It has a covered garage with 2 seats included. This ideal for families. This in a very safe residence, housing is on the first floor and gets security hired 24 hours. There is a 24 hour reception. The house is sometimes also our usual home in Andalusia and has then all its facilities very complete and modern furnished and cozy.

It is a corner in the Golf Resort Torrequebrada urbanization, the residential with more quality in Torrequebrada with lots of green and spectacular views, the beach nearby and in full tranquility. This apartment has the best view of all Torrequebrada overlooking the sea and the golf course Torrequebrada Golf. Also also views of the mountain and one of the 4 pools you have below the apartment. The terrace is spacious and safe for small children. Swimming pools open all year.
