About this property

Wonderful brand new villa in Atlanterra, in the well-known Cala de los Alemanes. Located on the second beach line, with magnificent views of the sea and the Camarinal Lighthouse. Perfect for 10 - 12 people, with a saltwater pool and a large garden.

On the main floor of the villa, there is a wonderful living-dining room with access to a pleasant porch and pool area. In addition, we find a living room with TV and sofa bed -perfect for 2 people-, full bathroom with shower, and exquisitely equipped kitchen with access to the back of the property. An area equipped with a table, outdoor chairs and a barbecue, ideal for lunches and dinners outdoors.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and spectacular views of the sea. The other two, with two beds of 90cm each, with views of the garden and the mountains. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
In the basement floor we find a large covered garage with capacity for 4 vehicles, laundry area and fitted wardrobes. From here we can access the other two floors of the villa by elevator. In addition, this area of the house has another bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and access to an English patio; ideal for the little ones or for staff.

The roof terrace, with impressive views of the sea and the mountainside, stands out for its wonderful outdoor jacuzzi. The perfect plan to end a wonderful day.

The outdoor area of the villa, which can be enjoyed all year round thanks to the mild temperatures we have, has a large garden that borders the whole house, a 15x3m salty pool and a porch with outdoor furniture. And best of all, the property is located less than 200m from the beach, a short walk away.

Between sea and mountains, this villa is integrated into a natural environment of peace and tranquility that will make you enjoy wonderful days.
