Villa Marco is an impressive and spacious holiday home, ideal for those seeking to relax and enjoy a welcoming environment. With capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa has 5 spacious bedrooms and is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. Its strategic location near Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa makes it the perfect option for large families or groups of friends who wish to explore northern Mallorca.The interior of the villa is divided into two zones, and its design has been conceived to offer both comfort and style. Upon entering, there is a spacious living-dining room that connects to a large terrace. Next to this space is a fully equipped modern kitchen. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which includes a jacuzzi, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. By going down some stairs, three more double bedrooms are accessed: one with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom for the other two rooms.The villa offers a large private swimming pool of 10m x 5m, located at the front of the house, surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers. Umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for all guests, ensuring maximum comfort. Additionally, next to the pool is a large covered terrace with a barbecue, making it the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals. Villa Marco is the ideal place to make the most of the outdoors while enjoying the best amenities on the island.Air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, for your total comfort.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Beautiful house and swimming pool

Beautiful house and swimming pool. Loved the location with great views around and very green with trees and hills. The is a house being built next door that meant we had some noise when we were there. The neighbour apologised and said it was an unusual week where everything had happened at once. Would have been good to get some warning that this might be happening before going to the place. The house is about 15mins to Port Pollenca which is beautiful and there are lots of mountain drives nearby with amazing scenery.House fitted us 10 guests for a family holiday well and is very spacious.

Das Haus war gut geschnitten und gut aufgeteilt. Der Pool und das AußengelĂ€nde sind ebenfalls gut gewesen. Im ganzen UG gibt es kein WLan. Mach 4 x spĂŒlen waren jeden Tag im UG die WC SpĂŒlkĂ€sten leer, so das wir jeden Tag die zwei BĂ€der nur eingeschrĂ€nkt benutzen konnten. Mit zwei Familien u 5 Kindern war das eine Katastrophe. Das Geschirr war dreckig, die KĂŒche auch. Das Geschirr war extrem stumpf, wir haben KlarspĂŒler kaufen mĂŒssen, der es selbst nach 10 Tagen nicht geschafft hat, das Geschirr sauber und klar zu reinigen. Die KĂŒche ist extrem schlecht ausgestattet. Der Wasserkocher tropfte ĂŒber dem Elektroanschluss, das ist gefĂ€hrlich. Leider wurde kaum Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir können das Haus nicht weiter empfehlen.

Huset var bra planerat för 2 familjer pÄ 10 pers.Stort kök och mycket trevlig trÀdgÄrd med pool. Det fanns ingen möjlighet för sophÀmtning vid huset eller i omrÄdet, det krÀvdes att vi fick köra ivÀg med soporna. (1 dag hÀmtade firman som hur ut huset)
