When leaving the A48 in Carmarthen take the second exit at the roundabout onto the A40, at the next roundabout take the first exit continuing along the A40, after 8.4 miles bear left onto the A4066, after 0.2 miles turn right onto High Street, after 7.5 miles turn right onto Llanmiloe Estate then immediately turn left then right continuing on Llanmiloe Estate, follow the road to the end and then around to the left continuing on Llanmiloe Estate, continue straight on at the end of this road into the entrance way for Rose Coach House.
