We present this large, bright, spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom flat in the south of Tenerife; in Playa Paraiso with sea views and communal pool.

The space

Elegant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat in Playa Paraiso with sea views and communal pool. Ideal to spend your holidays or to work with high speed wifi, in the most tropical area with the best climate of Tenerife. Being a quiet flat, to be able to enjoy your rest. Furthermore, it is a very spacious accommodation; with an excellent location, from where you can walk to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre, bus, taxis, medical centre, shops, diving centre, cash machines, excursion office, etc.

Comfortable flat with 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with ceiling fan and three types of pillow hardness. It has 1 bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer on the wall. It also has a large kitchen, with all the utensils for cooking and eating as if it were your home, with a large table. In the living room there is a 55' Smart TV and a furnished terrace with sea views to enjoy the sunny days and beautiful sunsets of the island. In an excellent location, in a quiet area, among other amenities available:

- Toaster- Kettle- Microwave oven- Juicer- Coffee machine- Hair dryer- SMART TV 55- Free-to-air satellite channels- WIFI- Iron and ironing board- Sandwich maker- Washing machine

The complex offers 2 lifts. There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.Bed linen and towels included.Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance).Arrivals after 10.30 p.m. will incur a supplement of 20 euros to be paid on arrival.In case of loss of keys (including those of the swimming pool) a supplement of 100 euros will be charged.

The flat is 500 metres from El Pinque beach, 700 metres from Las Galgas beach, 11 km from Aqualand and 13 km from Siam Park. It is also only 26 km from Tenerife South Airport.Taxis are cheap and bus connections are excellent.There is free parking in the area, shops, restaurants,supermarkets, chemists, cafes, car hire. The ideal place to spend your holidays with family, couples or friends.

Parties are forbidden and please do not make excessive noise during the day and night, as this is a complex with certain rules; for the ideal rest of all.
