Told we would get towels for 4 of us upon check in. I followed up 3 more times (they would be dropped of soon). My daughter and I could almost fit the tiny towels when we finally received the towels 24 hours later. One hair dryer is a hazard as it looks like it nearly caught on fire. The kitchen was ill equipped: the kettle does not work and had to buy sugar-normally stocked per my many rentals throughout the UK Europe these are standard.

This was not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how inconvenient it must have been. We also appreciate you bringing the issues with the hair dryer and the kettle to our attention. Regarding the kitchen supplies, we are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations, we could have brought missing items if only we had known. Thank you again for your valuable feedback!
