Superb holiday residence

We stayed for one week in the very large, clean and nice appartment. The garden is much bigger than in the foto's suggested! The owner Daniele was very friendly and lives upstairs and speaks english. The appartment was very clean en well equipped wiht microwave washing machine fridge and so on. also nice welcome bottle of wine and coffee and olive oil was given! very friendly. The place was very central for trips to florence/luca/pisa/pistoria or the sea near pisa. Close to the freeway. We surely recommend this residence if you want to visit beautiful toscany!!

Nice, clean appartment

We stayed for almost 3 weeks in the appartment. The host Daniele and his wife Annalisa are super nice and very attentive. Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine and some small things ready. They are helpful and if you have questions you can always call them. From the apartment it is a 5 minute walk to the center and the train station. Supermarket is 10 minutes by car. If you want to do sports there is also a gym within walking distance. Very nice apartment where you can enjoy your stay. We had a great time and will definitely return to Daniele and Annalisa.

Tolle große Wohnung, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, mit Privatparkplatz, netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern!Es war alles bestens und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.Bahnhof im Ort fußläufig erreichbar, Florenz ab Pistoia ohne Umstieg per Zug gut innerhalb von 30/40 Minuten erreichbar. Trails zum Wandern ins Hinterland kurz hinterm Haus sehr schön!Eisdielen im Ort :-)

Schöne Wohnung mit muffigem Touch

Leider waren wir wohl die ersten Gäste, nach einem verregneten Winter, die einzogen. Der Geruch in den ersten Tagen war sehr feucht, was sich auch innerhalb der Schränke fortsetzte. Diverse angeschimmelte Küchenutensilien & noch strengerer Geruch. Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung gut gereinigt. Betten & Bad alles tipptopp. Nach einigen Tagen Heizung und Lüften wurde auch das Feuchtigkeitsthema wieder besser. Gastgeber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Une très belle expérience

Hébergement : très bien situé pour visiter Florence, Lucques, Pistoia et les petits villages autour. L'hébergement est dans un quartier calme et on peut accéder au village en quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir nous reposer et prendre nos repas dans le jardin extérieur. Les hôtes restent discrets tout en étant disponibles, souriants et sympathiques. De gastvrouw reageerde snel op onze berichten. Ze stond ons vriendelijk op te wachten. Ze had een fles wijn koud liggen. Lekkere koekjes en chocolade en melk voor de kinderen. Wat een ruimte, gewoonweg indrukwekkend. In de leefruimte stond de airco al aan. We kregen een uitleg over het appartement en het afval konden we gemakkelijk scheiden. De auto mochten we parkeren op een prive parkeerplaats. Direct naast de ingang. Wij zijn in de avond Pisa gaan bezoeken. Top!

Super nette Vermieter und gute Ferienwohnung

Danielle und seine Frau sind super nett! Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Es gab sogar einen Begrüßungswein für uns. Die Wohnung hat eine recht ruhige Lage (Ende einer Nebenstraße) und es war alles in der Nähe, was wir benötigten (Einkaufen, Restaurants). Der Bahnhof ist nur 800m entfernt und wir konnten mit den Zug nach Florenz fahren, was für die Kinder an sich schon ein toller Ausflug war. Auch Lucca und Pisa sind gut zu erreichen und in 10 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ist man in den Appenien. Die Lage ist also gut. Wir haben gut geschlafen und es war auch alles sehr gut sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spärlich, wenn man kochen möchte, aber wir haben uns damit arrangiert. Technisch war sie gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und Backofen haben wir verwendet). Die Kammer hinter der Küche hat muffig gerochen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Weekend di Pasqua come a casa

Daniele e Annalisa sono degli host meravigliosi, simpatici e disponibili. L'appartamento è veramente molto bello, grande, curato, pulito e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato le tante piccole attenzioni a noi riservate, dal prosecco per festeggiare Pasqua, ai cioccolatini per i bimbi, ai prodotti per doccia e bagno messi a disposizione con professionalità quasi come in hotel. Il verde e la pace esterna tipica dei borghi toscani hanno fatto da cornice a questo piacevolissimo weekend pasquale. Consigliatissimo!
