About this property

The Central Cadnant Holiday House is coming to the end of its renovations and will provide an un-stocked bar/lounge for all to enjoy, a nice relaxing hot tub, a cinema room for all the family to enjoy your favourite shows, and let's see who is the champ in our pool room with a 6ft table.
We can sleep 17 guests in our 8 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite, (2 travel cots can be added by guests). All this spread over 4 floors of joy!
The Cadnant is in a central location, with in easy walking distance of the beach. 2 Dogs may stay at an extra charge of £20 per dog, furry friends are restricted to the bottom floor and must spent the night in a comfy create in the hall. There is a beautiful green a 4 minute stroll away for dogs bathroom uses. The Cadnant has a drive that fits 2 cars and holds a spot on the street in front of the dropped kerb any extra cars can park on the street free of charge.

Fabulous property and location

Just had a fantastic weekend, the pictures don’t do it justice , pool table was a massive hit just beating the Cinema room! Hot tub was perfect for a cold November evening. Rooms were all great newly decorated and lovey bedding , it’s incredible having a hotel you our family and friends. Everyone was impressed which made the birthday celebrations even more special, Stephen and I hooked up on Watsapp so communications were so easy. Cant recommend this property highly enough, location is perfect 5 mins from town and sea front Thank you so much Grahame, Joanne and all our friends and family
