8/10 Good

Adequate for the price, a bit rough around the edges

A good location and there was pleanty of hot water and comfortable beds for our party of 5. Price was very good. This property needs a deep clean as we had many spiders and the food left in the kitchen was well past its usefulness. Issues with the freezer door, so spoiled food, and back garden door. Water pressure in the downstairs shower was weak. The stairs are steep and caused issues for our elderly members. Norfolk Cottage Agency was very responsive. For them 10 stars.
