Cà 3 ARCHI Cozy Apartment: Lovely for relaxing 20 minutes away from Venice!

Cà 3 Archi is located on the historic Napoleonic Road known as the Terraglio, between Venice and Treviso. It is well-served by buses and just a short walk from the Mogliano train station, where you can catch a train to Venice in 20 minutes!

Cà 3 ARCHI is a unique and lovely green setting just around the corner from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the train station—all within a 10-minute walk!

The apartment, located on a private floor for the exclusive use of guests, includes:

Guests can access their private floor, where the apartment is located, through a private entrance on the side of the house, separate from the rest of the house.
The apartment is self-contained but remains part of the main house, so there will be the usual activity associated with living next door. You’ll hear us using the rest of the house.

The shared areas are open to guests:

> Playroom (unheated after 6 PM).

Located on a main road and surrounded by large private parks, this is a valuable green space close to the city centre.
Although we’re within walking distance of the city centre, when you wake up in the morning, you might see a squirrel peeking through the tree branches, hear blackbirds singing, or the chirping of cicadas and cuckoos. We think this makes the short walk city centre well worth it!

All the shops you might need are within an 8–10-minute walk: restaurants, bars, pubs, bakeries, cafes, and supermarkets. Your apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and bus stop: an 8–10-minute walk to the train station and a 2–3-minute walk to the bus stop.

The house is located in a quiet residential area of a small provincial town: if you’re looking for a room in St. Mark’s Square or around the Grand Canal, please keep looking.

Mogliano is one of the best-connected areas to Venice by train and bus: Venice is only a 20-minute train ride away, and a return ticket costs around 5 euros. During business hours (7 a.m. – 8 p.m.), trains from Mogliano to Venice depart every 15 minutes; after 8 p.m., they depart every 30 minutes. The last train back from Venice departs at midnight.

Train connections to other major cities in the Veneto region are excellent:
> 10–12 minutes to Treviso
> 35–45 minutes to Padua
> 50–60 minutes to Vicenza
> 130–140 minutes to Verona

If you’re flying in, we recommend an affordable transfer service from Venice VCE (Marco Polo) and Treviso TSF (Canova) airports: 30 euros for up to 4 people, including luggage, just a 20-minute drive from Marco Polo and a 30-minute drive from Canova.
