Excellent Accommodations and Outstanding Host

The apartment is exceptional and in very well maintained building. I felt quite safe and comfortable moving about the area. The pool area is a great place to get a quick cool off in the water or just relax and chill. The host was awesome. Antonio was prompt in responding with communications and helped resolve an issue above expectations. I will definitely recommend staying at this location.

Non responsive poor communication

This host is non responsive when i got to the property i was unable to check in. I had to book somewhere else to stay . I was almost left stranded.

Lamento muchísimo la experiencia negativa que haya tenido con nosotros. Recuerdo que lo ocurrido fue que hubo una avería en la torre y provocó que algunos servicios no estuvieran disponibles en el apartamento y esa fue la razón por la que solicitamos la cancelación de la reserva. Le pido mil disculpas por los inconvenientes ocasionados y espero que me conceda la oportunidad de poder servirle en el futuro.
